Very new and modern hotel. We booked a suite with a beautiful bath. When you book the room with breakfast, breakfast is in the club next door. Very generous portions and heaps of options, made to order. The pool is a public pool in the leisure centre next to the hotel so it was a bit crowded. Otherwise we had an excellent stay. Thank you to the hotel manager for taking care of us.

Lovely high floor quiet room with everything we needed for our one night stay. Club Mingara is a very short walk away being next door and handy for dinner and breakfast at member prices due to staying at Encore by Mingara. Parking is nearby, either secure at additional cost or in the club carpark. Great stay!

Location very good, parking easy and plentiful, walk to club for meals. No restaurant in Hotel no meals, But the club is so close. Did not like; asked for blanket it was a very cold weekend response was there are "none" available.

We loved our stay at Encore by Mingara. Our room was beautiful, very well equipped worth everything you could need, and very clean. The staff were all awesome, especially Sarah at the reception desk. The club was excellent, with choice of bars and restaurants. We ate dinner at the Chinese restaurant and the food was excellent, and the staff were great. Breakfast at the coffee shop was lovely and the staff there were great also. Will definitely be back.

Encore by Mingara is absolutley 10/10. The nicest hotel room we've stayed in, gorgeous bathoom, just visually beautiful (king suite) and for an amazing price as well. Staff were perfect and friendly. Sad that we were only staying for one night because it's the perfect place for a long stay!! Only disappointment was the lack of vegan food options which is a shame because it's 2025 and there's no reason to not cater to people who don't want to eat animals or their by-products.

We were looking for a short getaway at this busy time of the year and Encore ticked all the boxes. Plenty of dining options in the adjacent club, from grills, Mexican theme nights, cafe and a fantastic Asian restaurant. Swimming pool available, the room was clean, quiet and well appointed. The staff were all polite and helpful. We look forward to staying again.
