Thon has many Hotels in this area. This is also very centrally located with lots of shopping and dining close by. Oslo central station is next to it, allowing connection to everywhere. The specific corner this hotel is having construction and looks older. Hotel doesn't have much of a lobby, but breakfast area has good seating area. Rooms are updated, but are narrow, and for our room the bathroom door was awkward. Both Pillows were too soft. Room service was fine and they delivered and fixed what ever we wanted. Laundry service is really expensive and there is no coin laundry close by, so don't plan for it.

Great hotel. Nice and quiet, slightly away from the main busy street, yet walkable to all the center sights, shops, restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I enjoyed hanging out in the cool lounge area with my laptop and the gym was great. Good value for money. Staff wonderful and helpful. My single room was very small although it was cute and really all I needed and was clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay here!

No A/C. I understand that high temperatures are uncommon in Oslo but it was miserable without an A/C while it was 28C. Otherwise convenient place to stay as it’s by the central station.

Fantastisk opphold! Kommer etter all sansynlighet tilbake. Fikk t.o.m. benyttet meg av treningsrommet! Som var mer enn nok utstyrt for en god treningsøkt. Spesielt ifht. størrelse på hotellet! Særlig godt utvalg av manualer til at det kun er et treningsrom! Opp til 30kg så vidt jeg så. Ellers også tredemøller, ellipse og spinning sykler. Og apparat for pull-ups og kabler. Kort sagt. God uttelling for pengene om man ønsker! Et pitte lite minus var et hull i sengetrekket. MEN. Såpass lite at det i praksis ikke merkes. Med andre ord. Flisespikkeri når det kommer til stykket! God standard på bad og dusj! Selv om dusjen i rommet jeg fikk var relativt smal. Kunne stå så sidene kom borti glass skillevegg.m dør og vegg. Men. Gikk greit. Tror det avhenger av rom. Da jeg har hatt rom tidligere hvor dusjen hadde glass skille vegg, uten dør, men med større plass. Men når det kommer til stykket. Bagatell. Frokost var som vanlig utmerket!!

Rummet var okej. Det var lite kallt i rummet. Kunde inte sätta igång chromecasten. Rummet var dammigt och själv överkastet fanns det lite hår vilket inte var trevligt. I övrigt var det en underbar frukost med massor av alternativ. Hög kvalitet och det fylldes på hela tiden. Personalen är myclet trevloga och hjälpsamma.

Our room smelled like smoke and cigarettes the minute we walked in. The floor had chunks of dust rolling around as if it had not been cleaned in a berry long time. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they did not do anything. Just said sorry. Our bathroom was not stocked with any soap but they were able to bring us soap once we asked. This is more of a budget hotel located near the central train station so location is convenient but I would not stay here again.

A quarter of my room was unusable because of a column at the bottom corner of the bed. The roof area on the opposite side of the bed was slanted, so unusable if there had been another occupant. Combined, I only had 2/3 of an already small room that was usable. There was water in the electric kettle, so it wasn't cleaned prior to my arrival. There was a disposable plastic cover to some kind of toiletry product in the shower shelf, so that wasn't cleaned prior to my arrival. The handle to the bathroom came off in my had when I tried to leave after showering. I will not stay at Thon Terminus again, and I am seriously considering if I would ever stay at any Thon property.

Nice breakfast. Good location. There were a huge chunk of hair in a bed at arrival. Coffee in the room wasn't refilled. Keycard didn't work. For 200$ a night you would expect a higher standard.

Rommet var rent og lyst. Hyggelig personale. Problemet var lyd fra utvendig ventilasjon som til tider var overdøvende. Vi bodde i 7. etasje. Døra til badet vibrerte pga anlegget og måtte derfor stå oppe for at det skulle være levelig.

The staff were very helpful and attentive when checking in and out. The room was adequate for 1 night as a stopover but my wife and I were glad that we were not staying longer. There was no air conditioning or temperature control in the room, the TV seemed to rely on linking to your personal devices and apps and the area around the hotel wasn’t the nicest on an evening.

Room 535 on a top floor had very little headroom, being an eaves room. Bed pillows were inches from the sloping ceiling. All a little cramped for a 6" 1 traveller, and a far cry from the online pictures. Cramped shower room, but with a lovely heated floor and decent shower.

This is a comfortable hotel with a good location near the station. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable. We were in a courtyard room (Rm429) which suffered, on one night, with noise from the nightclub on the other side of the courtyard. the music went on until past 3.30 am. This was a shame as it was the only thing that let the hotel down.

Nice hotel in a great location, staff very nice, breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Room was good size but the bathroom is very small. Only downside was the room did get hot but couldn't keep the window open as there was a constant noise outside.

I walked down the stairs that were marked as exit. The door at the bottom was locked. I told the desk that this was terribly dangerous, and they were unconcerned, saying that I actually needed to exit on the second floor staircase, and then wind my way through the breakfast area to find another staircase as a fire exit. This is not acceptable. Otherwise, they have the most bizarre wallpaper and furniture choices. The beds are too soft to be comfortable.

This hotel was super convenient to the train station and Oslo city center. We could walk everywhere or access the tram if needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the free breakfast was incredible with the most helpful, attentive staff.

The only thing received was an auto reply saying staff will get in touch Fortunately, my train arrived earlier than scheduled. And was able to check in before 12am

Great client service. Jeanette at the front desk was wonderful, friendly and and offered good activity suggestions. The breakfast had many hot and cold options and the hotel is next to Oslo Central station; near buses, trams, trains and only a 6-7 minute walk to the waterfront. Our room was spacious with a heated floor in the bathroom.

I enjoyed my stay at Thon Terminus. Perfect location. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed and clean room. A few unfortunate features. First the switch next to bed is a Mains Switch not just a light switch, so if you use that to turn off the light any overnight device charging (like phones) stops working. Second I really disliked the strange locking mechanism where the door sometimes did not immediately lock, leaving the room unlocked for about 40s-1min. I have never seen this before in many years of travel and hotel visits. I have security concerns about this (compounded by the lack of a deadbolt inside the room), and was a bit disappointed by the response I got to those concern when I enquired at the desk.

The location was very convenient. The streets around the hotel had some homeless people, not many but was a bit concerning. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the hotel is the best thing. However, the room didn't have its own AC so no adjusting for the temp (it's a European thing). The bathroom shower wall had a yellow rusty stain only it wasn't rust and I don't want to know what it was. I washed it away with soap and water. The room is awkwardly designed, hard to hand up any towel in the bathroom. Reminds me of a cruise bathroom. The room doors are painted black with big white letters. Felt like a prison. I appreciate the couple of nights there for the location but I don't recommend it to any US visitors unless you are a solo person.

je ne suis resté qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel donc difficile de juger mais état très propre et très bon petit déjeuner. Très proche de la gare Oslo Central à pieds. Seul bémol, j'ai trouvé que dès le soir, on a pas un sentiment de parfaite sécurité dans ce quartier. Assez bruyant dans les rues autour de l'hôtel.

Just one block on from the train station and the next block from the bus station. Well maintained and modern. Good breakfast with plenty of food options in the mall food court across the road (closed Sundays). From the stations follow the signs to the bus station. As you leave you will see 2 overhead bridges. Right goes to the bus station. Take the left, go into the shopping centre, straight ahead, down the escalator one floor then straight ahead out the door and the hotel is almost directly across the road.

Breakfast was very good!!! Lots of options. Location is great. Extremely close to the train. I walked all over to see sights. While my room was tiny, it was very clean! It was fine for me. Staff was very helpful. Free coffee/tea. 24/7 in the lobby.
