Veldig fint opphold. Flott mottakelse i resepsjonen der vi fikk oppgradering og en hyggelig vært. Treningsrommet er svært lite og ikke interessant, to tredemøller en sykkel og få vekter. Frokosten var trist, mange tomme fat og mye (!!) folk i restauranten. Droppet å gå for kaffe nr to pga rett og slett veldig mye trafikk. Når vi kom nevnte jeg at eplejuice var tom til den ene i restauranten men når vi gikk var den fortsatt ikke fylt på. Rommet var super, men lite og trangt bad.

Good quality hotel in an excellent location for Oslo city centre and all that is on offer. It was a little strange that the check-in desk is also the bar! Further, there were times when the staff were busy elsewhere meaning both check-in and bar were unattended which was not completely satisfactory. However, all the staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel itself has character and the rooms and communal areas were clean & tidy. Breakfast was good with a varied choice of hot and cold food. However, after our first day, cheesecake/sweet treat options were very limited and I wonder whether they were facing a supply issue? Unfortunately, the kitchen was undergoing a refurbishment therefore the hotel could offer no evening meals which was a pity, but there are endless eating options outside the hotel, so it wasn't really an issue. Overall, a good choice of hotel, in a super location, with a hearty breakfast that sets you up for a day exploring Oslo - and a fine glass of wine in the bar at the end of the day to allow you to reflect upon your days adventures!

Veldig koselig Lounge område når du skal sjekke inn. Du kan kjøpe deg et glass vin eller drink, chips mm. Gratis kaffe på maskin. Rommet er greit utstyrt har både vannkoker og kaffekopper og noe te/kaffepulver. Gode senger og dyner. Litt lite rom. TV-en plassert i hjørnet slik at det var litt vanskelig å se på den da det ikke var vinkeljusterbar. Bra med såpe/sjampo og balsam i dusjen. Plass på badet til å sette toalettmappa si men savner speil som har forstørrelse for sminking. Må stå over toalettet for å komme nært nok for å sminke seg. Veldig hyggelig folk i resepsjonen ligger veldig sentralt og kjapt og stikke innom hotellrommet hvis man trenger en hvil midt på dagen. Litt enkel frokost, hvis man er vant til gode frokoster på andre hoteller.

Hotel was great and so was staff. The rooms did get a little warm but had windows that could be opened. The restaurant was great! Area was nice around the hotel but quite noisy at 3:00am. Overall great hotel and would stay again!

Quick and easy check-in, an hour early without issues. Rooms were a good temperature, but underfloor heating in the bathroom was way too hot. Our room has not been turned over, even though we had the sign out and left at 10am. Room had 2 German cockroaches walking about and was extremely dusty but worse, extremely dry. Breakfast was amazing.

Vi hadde en svært uhyggelig opplevelse med at vi tråkket midt opp i en spermflekk på gulvet, da vi ankom rommet. Resepsjonisten var rask med å gi oss et nytt rom, men dette var også skittent. Det hadde mye rusk på gulvet i tillegg til merker etter glass på både skrivebord og nattbord. Det var i tillegg hår i dusjen og på håndkleene. Frokosten var enkel, og mye halvfabrikat. Ofte var det tomt for diverse pålegg.

Very beautiful hotel with great staff and amenities! The “small” double bed rooms are economical, but VERY small (although the bathroom and shower were relatively spacious by European standards). Located a little bit off the busy/noisy tourist paths, yet conveniently close to the train station and attractions.

Vi bodde to netter på Bondeheimen denne gangen. Fint rom i 6 etg, desverre uten vesentlig ventilasjon. Dette medførte at det var veldig varmt på rommet. Vinduer kunne åpnes, men veldig mye støy på utsiden gjorde at det var lite hensiktsmessig på natt før kl 0430. Vifter hjalp litt. Ellers god frokost og trivelige ansatte. Rommet hadde litt behov for vedlikehold, bla delvis avrevet hådkleoppheng. Sentralt hotell med kort vei til det meste i sentrum av Oslo

The room was really ok ,,, but the temperature was way to low .. I tried to adjust it but that was not possible ,, the ISCOLD draft from the window wa really bad , I got a cold from it ! the room temp was set to 22c but the draft from the window going straight don on the radiator lille the warmair . I messured the temp on the air from the window and that was only 13 c ... And there are NO soundproffing in the windows toward the street aå we woke up everytime the tram passed ore people was talking/singing on the street

this hotel had five stars up until the last minute. Wonderful check in, great room. Reasonable priced upgrade. The restaurant had unbelievable dishes. Everybody was friendly. The lobby was great. It was really one of the best days I’ve ever had until the very end… I needed an hour extra to check out for medical reasons - and was told they charged by the hour for late checkout… I have never even heard of this before. It is either possible. (courtesy.) or a hotel can’t do it. Charging by the hour for late check out? That is a low class move. So even though we love the hotel and we love the staff, we find a late checkout policy to be very offputting to say the least! It really left a sour taste at the end of an otherwise outstanding stay.

I have a mixed review of the hotel. I booked the stay through Hotels.com the evening before; however, when we checked in the next day, the clerk claimed she could not find our reservation even after I showed it to her on my phone. She charged me for the room. She assured me I would not be double charged. Well, upon returning home and reviewing my credit card transactions online, I found that I was indeed billed twice. I have contacted the hotel to get this taken care of. In all my booking with Hotels.com, I have never encountered this. Having said that, we were pleased with the hotel. It is walkable from the Central Train Station and is about 3-4 blocks from the waterfront. The room was quite spacious, and we enjoyed the breakfast which was both plentiful and delicious. We also ate at the hotel's restaurant one evening and were pleased.

The room smelled very poorly, if I was staying longer than one night I would have asked to be moved to a different room or probably left the hotel all together. The front desk staff could be a bit more friendly. I simply asked where to get a taxi and if they routinely came to the pickup spot that they instructed me to go to and his response was, "I don't have a crystal ball." Not everyone is from Oslo, or Norway, so taxi stands may not be something everyone is familiar with. A little understanding would have been appreciated. The only positive of the hotel is they do have a very good breakfast.

Overall it is nice hotel with all the necesssities. However, there was an issue with the hotel staff. One morning at 8:20 am I was waken up by the constant knocking on the door, I said yes? then a white lady, manager (I assume) just went ahead and opened the door. The door was automatic, so it was fully widely open. Meanwhile I was in bed under my blancket and still half asleep. She asked if I needed the rooming cleaning. I said could you get out and close the door, it is 8:20 am, then she tried to educate me and said I should put on the 'dont bother sign' instead. I know the cleaning service would be later in the day. After that incident, I had been worried someone would suddenly open my room so I had to make sure I was properly dressed and closed the bathroom door when using bathroom. I'm a very frequent traveler internationally, I don't think this behavior would be acceptable anywhere.

Godt hotel i midten af Oslo. Hotellets restaurant er ikke noget at skrive mere om. Morgenmads buffeten er proppet og derfor har tjenere svært ved at følge med. Gerne med flere rundstykker.

Det var veldig rent og rolig rom. Frokosten burde vært bedre, da når du skal på frokost kl 09.00 så blir ikke fylt på igjen og varmt maten har blitt veldig tørr og gammel! Ellers bra og sentralt.
