Bra hotell og hyggelig opphold. Hyggelig betjening, og kjempe utvalg på frokosten. Det som trekkes ned for min del var at hjemmesiden oppga billig parkering for 75,- for et døgn og det hadde de ikke lengre og endte opp med å betale parkering for 299,- og dette med parkeringen var grunnen til vi valgte dette hotellet. Ellers var alt bra

Fußläufig ins Zentrum, sehr leckeres Frühstück, sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende. Parken nur außerhalb im Parkhaus möglich. Zimmer war ausreichend groß und angenehm.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel, schick eingerichtet und mit einem ausgezeichneten Frühstück Wer mit dem Auto anreist sollte sich auf sehr hohe Parkgebühren ( ca 25€ pro 24h) einstellen. Der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und auch zum Hafen bzw. der Innenstadt kann man entspannt laufen. Stavanger ist eine sehr schöne Stadt.

Simple hotel with excellent breakfast that does the job for the weekend. Basic bed with basic amenities in the room for a decent stay. The shuffle board in the lobby was good fun and the breakfast was very good! Location was good as everywhere is walkable.

The staff was incredibly friendly to me and my kids. The room was large and comfortable. The entire place was very clean. Perfectly located between the train/bus station and the shops, cafes and old docks. Finally the breakfast was absolutely huge with amazing variety. This hotel deserves 6 stars.

Mein Zimmer im neuen Trakt war sehr klein, für 2 Leute definitiv nicht geeignet, da max. ein kleiner Koffer auf der Ablage Platz hat. Zudem ging das Fenster direkt zum dauernd laufenden Lüfter gegenüber. Frühstück war dagegen sehr reichhaltig.

Everything is perfect. Located in the middle of the city center, but spared from the noise outside. Great comfortable beds, nice view of the lake from the room, helpful staff and amzing breakfast. I totally recommend.

Flott beliggenhet, og fint med en liten uteplass! Veldig hyggelig og serviceminded personale i resepsjon og frokostsal. Frokosten var veldig bra! Gode treningsmuligheter. Ikke aircondition og det var et minus. Litt umoderne design på farger og tepper, men alt i alt en fint hotel som kan anbefales!

The property is in a great location near the heart of everything and it is a relatively new build and breakfast was great. The only reason for marking it down was whilst we were out at dinner our door opened itself and we came back to an open room. When we spoke to reception they were able to see from CCTV that we had checked the door was locked when we left and that now one had been near the door. The following morning it happened twice more. If you stay here, just worth checking the door is locked, when going out.

Sentralt og greit hotell, men en del rot med bestillingen vår. Vi fikk ikke type rom vi hadde bestilt, og det gikk med en del tid for å ordne det. Så vi var ikke fornøyd med servicen. Hotellet var fullbooket, og kapasiteten på frokostsalen var begrenset med trengsel og køer. Også en del støy fra gaten tidlig om morgenen. Vil nok velge andre hoteller ved framtidige besøk i Stavanger.

Great location and hotel! Breakfast was amazing as always! Front desk people were very nice and helpful! The breakfast staff were all very nice and are very attentive to keeping dishes cleared and getting tables cleaned. Would stay here again!

This is could be a good hotel. It is in a great location. Hotel itself is in good condition. Most of staffs are friendly. Breakfast is great. However, they are two things make me to give them an 3 star. First, our check-in process was terrible. First, the lady asked for my passport. I have been to 12 different hotels in Norway on this trip. No one ever asked me for the passport and I only had to give my name. In the US, you do need identification to check into hotel. I thought well no big deal so I gave her my passport. Then she asked for my Wife’s passport which is odd because the reservation is under my name. We gave her my wife’s passport anyway. Then she told us she could not find our reservation. We had to show her our booking on Expedia, before she was able to find our reservation. To make things worse, at 5 AM the fire alarm got triggered. I waited a little bit just in case it’s a false alarm. It kept going so we had to get dressed up and walked from 5th floor to lobby. Only then they told up it was a false alarm. I have been to many many hotels in my life ranging from five star hotel to cheap motels. Never once I had a false fire alarm in the middle of the night or front desk could not find my reservation. A very unpleasant experience.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig in Stavanger. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Vom Hotel aus läßt sich alles wunderbar fussläufig in Stavanger erreichen.

Hotel is very central but sits off the road so quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast choices were good, slightly limited for me as I'm gf/df and vegetarian.

Grei beliggenhet sentralt i Stavanger. Rolig strøk. God frokost. Hyggelig betjening. Kunne vært mulig å kjøpe et lett måltid utover automaten, da mange vil kunne ønske et lite og varmt måltid ved ankomst, uten at man trenger gå ut av hotellet for å kjøpe dette.

Hôtel bien situé à côté du centre. Les chambres sont confortables. Dommage que la salle du petit déjeuner soit sombre comme dans une cave. Il manque des toasters. La qualité du petit déjeuner est moins bien que dans d'autres hôtels de la chaîne Thon.

Meget hyggelige og gjestmild betjening, hvis vi skal finne noe og hakke på er det suppleringsevnen på frokosten. Vi bodde der i 4 dager og opplevde at det gikk tomt for enkelt ting daglig og det tok noe tid før kjøkkenpersonalet supplerte. Ellers var frokost og servicen god. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Good location to explore Stavanger. Our room was nice and comfortable but we could have done with a little more hanging space for clothes. Our room did not have blackout blinds so it was quite light in there, even through the summer nights. Breakfast staff were excellent and the buffet was fine for a few mornings but, anyone staying longer, would maybe get a little fed up with the choices.

Good and clean, the location is great. Good breakfast. The outside of the main entrance has a metal grid section, it was very slippery when it's wet. I felt on it when I walked in. The hotel needs to improve the condition before it happens to others.

Family of four and had a great stay. Sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable but kids didn’t mind. Great breakfast and location.

Nice little hotel, close to Stavanger historic centre. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. We had the feeling our room had not been cleaned properly as we found food remains behind the armchair Nd other rubbish on the room floor.

My family of 3 really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, quiet (even though it was street level), and felt like home (my house also is brightly colored inside). The breakfast buffet was the main star though. I’ve never had as good a breakfast at any hotel ever. In the US we get “continental breakfast”, which is a joke and consists of fake food and powdered eggs. The breakfast buffet had some of the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had in my life. The selection and arrangement was very well prepared. If I ever get a chance to come back to Stavanger I am 100% staying here again.
