The food there is great, plenty of options. Tte WiFi is terrible, browsing only, not great if you had any work to do, or wanted to stream any videos. The gym is in dire need of an upgrade, even just an extra treadmill, and a chest press bench would be a huge improvement. Parking is great, plenty of space. The room key cards are constantly being wiped, meaning you have to walk back doemwn to reception to reactivate them, very frustrating. Kept separate from the phone, doesn't make a difference, they still need redoing regularly.

We stayed just the one night and the experience was overall very good. The breakfast was very good, nice options. Good selection of beers. The only issue I would have is there was no Aircon in the room .. The room was super hot.. Special mention to Isla at Reception, she was great and she made our kids feel very welcoming..

I arrived late after work and being on the road for a few hours. I had missed the cutoff for barfood by a few minutes but reception called them and placed an order for me which was ready at the bar 10 mins later. Check in was fast and efficient with very friendly and polite staff. Room was clean but the heating was overpowering and I had to turn off the radiator. The bathroom was clean and my only single complaint was the shower head as the water flow was poor and the nozzles could probably do with a clean to free the flow. Breakfast was a buffet style and the food was good and hot. I had dinner on my second nights stay and it was lovely. There was plenty of choice. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

The Reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast. It didn’t feel right having it in the pub and it was very basic and things were not refilled when gone. Staff didn’t seem confident about what they should be doing.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was extremely hot and the radiator valve for the heating system was broken so I couldn’t shut it off. I spoke to the front desk regarding moving to another room but I was told there was only one other room left. I was traveling with my wife and 8 month old baby. The only other room available was right next to the one I was in. I was given the keys to that room to check and it too had a broken valve so the heater was on. No resolution was offered other than a small table fan which I had to wait 20 minutes to get. The fan didn’t really help because it was still hot in the room. It appears to me that the heater not turning off was a known issue because the manager didn’t come in to the room to check it out to confirm the issue. They didn’t send maintenance to even look at it. To top it all, the pictures on their website do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms. The rooms are extremely old and the bathroom looks poorly maintained. For instance there was parts of the caulking missing along the sink and tub.

bathroom design should be changed. bathroom tub tooooo deep. easy for even young people to fall. you can start the shower only after you get into the bathroom. this means you will get ice cold water on you before you can feel warmth. wrong and bad design.

**Hotel Review:** My pregnant wife and I recently stayed at this hotel, hoping for a peaceful night’s rest, but unfortunately, our experience was far from relaxing. Throughout the night, there were drunk guests making a significant amount of noise in the hallways and nearby rooms. The snooty front desk staff didn't have the booking information for my pre-paid room. He eventually found it but his attitude persisted. We were supposed to get a room with 2 full beds but we got a room with 1 full and 3 twin beds, which was inconvenient because one of us had to take a twin bed (none of which were comfortable). The on-site restaurant was OK, but the staff was inattentive once the food was served. Breakfast was OK. Overall, I'm not so sure I would stay here again.

The property was quite nice and the dinner and breakfast were both very good. There was a confusion at check-in where Expedia let me book a room, but then the hotel told me there were not available. Carlos at the front desk then worked at great length with Expedia to get this worked out. So, it took a while but ultimately worked out well

I always enjoy staying at this hotel when I visit a customer near there. The hotel is very well located with a good shop nearby where we can find almost everything and many good restaurants at walking distance. My room was very comfortable and quiet. The only comment that I have was the very used carpet on floor making waves and the old model of sink in the bathroom with 2 separate faucets for the cold and the warm water. That works but it is not easy to get temperate water. The breakfast is rich and the service people are very nice. Definitely, I will return to this good hotel.

Bon sejour mais vue sur le parking et sur une terrasse tres sale dommage car tres belle chambre avec petit coin salon tres agreable. Stayed here 3 nights this week. Travelling to and from a funeral. The hotel itself is great. Rooms are lovely. Staff are very pleasant. Off the Bone restaurant is OK if you like chips and fried food but no roasts or potatoes after lunchtime. No sandwiches on the menu evenings. All in all hotel is very pleasant. Indian Curry House is excellent Ate in that on one night.On Monday morning on way to the funeral had breakfast and it was terrible. Thought this was a bad day but on the way back we stayed on Wed and breakfast on Thurs.morning was even worse. Hot milk for cereals, Cold coffee in a peculator, breakfast juice that was so diluted it didn't even taste of orange. Had to hunt for teaspoons and sugar. Couldn't get my fork into bacon as was sitting there so long. Was offered sausages that were stuck to bottom of container.Eggs sitting so long they were hard and congealed.No glutton free or healthy option. Staff were not even embarrassed serving this that I presume this is the norm.We didn't even try the following morning and made a coffee in the room. Really is disgusting and we have to pay through the nose for this. Chef should really be ashamed and start doing some work instead of firing out rubbish
