The hotel itself was not bad. It had 2 elevators that were operated by 2 separate buttons which was a little odd. The annoying thing was the parking garage. We had a problem the first night where we didn’t get a ticket when we pulled in since the arm was up for us. It took almost an hour to get that situation resolved since it’s a 3rd party that runs the garage.

Very friendly staff at check in. Reduced fee for parking 24 hours but be aware that if you take the car in and out during those 24 hours, you'll be charged the hourly rate until your ticket is validated! Very quiet in the room, even with the window open slightly and hearing the traffic; definitely didn't disturb us!

One elevator didn't work. No internet in the rooms and had to move rooms and still no internet. Cost me money and they refuse to reimburse me. I couldn't do my work needed. Terrible service. My daughters room was infested with bugs. I emailed them 3 times and have not received any call back. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Nice hotel and quite central. Only issue is it states parking available, this is a multi storey car park nearby. This should really be highlighted as it’s nothing to do with the hotel.

Hotel er slidt der vælter rundt med børn fra 1 sal og npr det er så lyt runger det meget. Der var gulvtæpper på som var meget beskidte og generelt lugtede der dårligt. Der er ikke nogle trapper for at komme op så skal tage en elevator som er ret over bokket grundet at der kun er en og ret mange værelser.

The location was great. The breakfast was wonderful. The front desk people were welcoming. Unfortunately our Room 417 had an odour that remained even when housekeeping clean the room on day 2. Housekeeping also agreed that the room smelt bad. We had ask for another room on day 1 but the hotel was full. The rest of the facilities were fine.

Hair left in shower amd floor. Double bed provided are 2 single debs pushed together, not even the same hieght. Toilet didn't flush. Furniture took up most of the room had to climb on the bed to go around. Not sure how this got 4.5 stars. Rundown as hell ive stayed in better hostels.

The hotel was noisy, it appeared to have a number of families residing in it. Most evenings the sound of children playing or running up hallways on another floor. The hotel also needs a refurb and is looking tired and grubby inside. Only plus was the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel not far from city center. Room was a nice size with a view of the river Shannon. Very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The staff could not be more helpful, they validated our car park ticket for much cheaper parking right beside the hotel. I will be back again

Easy and prompt checkin. Clean room available for early checkin. We added breakfast option. Beautiful dining room/ bar with great food. Breakfast had menu options and was quickly. Bed soft. Newly remodeled bathroom. Front staff called taxis for us. Not many dining or shopping options in hotel block but within 1/2 mile walk.

The only reason we stayed here was because we needed laundry facility. When we arrived we were told it no longer existed and someone should tell them. I guess “them” is hotels.com. The front desk didn’t care. The pub was only open 5-10. The bar tenders were totally inattentive. We had to hale the 3 times in an empty bar. They had some average live music, but then all of a sudden some his friends show up and start screaming bad songs into the Mike. Very bad service all around

Limerick is a walkable city and your hotel is in a good location. We walked across the bridge and went down two bridges crossed and came back on the other side twice. It was great. Also the train station was nearby.

The room had splatter stains on the walls, beds were so hard and uncomfortable, with no sheets. Just a comforter, and the room was very hot. Even with the window open. The area was not that safe, a lot of beggars and homeless people doing drugs and asking for change. A few gentleman actually told us to not leave our luggage on the street while we checked in for it would be stolen in a second. This property also states parking but the parking in the garage is not free. We were first told it would be $5. It ended up being $12, after getting the “discount” at the front desk. All and all I was extremely disappointed in the stay here and the staff. I stay many places all around the world but wish I could get my money back from this place for one of the worst stays I’ve experienced.

The Limerick City hotel was in a convenient location so was walkable to most places. The hotel restaurant was nice but the room was much smaller than expected. Glad we only had one night there.

Nice hotel inside. Bar was quite nite clubish so not my seen. We ventured up town but a lot of druggies on the streets nearby so wouldn’t recommend walking anywhere near there at night.

Stayed when in Limerick for Munster v Saracens. Clean, modern, comfy rooms. Love the pub/ bar, decent food and beer. Staff helped with early check in where possible. About 35 minutes to Thormond park and close to some good pubs. Would book again if Saracens come back to Limerick.

We got dinner in the attached restaurant which was of very cool interior design and the food was quite good. Great location. No complaints on the rooms. Staff quite friendly. Only complaint is the hotel doesn't have a fitness center, but those are hard to come by in Ireland.

The positive side was staff were very friendly and bed was excellent and comfy. Room was clean also. However, the window of my room was drafty and you could hear the noise from outside. Also, the food was bland. I had the chilli Prawn linguini and it had zero flavour and the bread was cold
