We have ordered a Suite in 2 levels, but it dont looklike a Suite, very very close public stairs, beach restaurant. The quality of the room was not a Suite quality. Staff were very friendly and helpfull

Every single staff member was welcoming, friendly and provided excellent service, Julian, Gabriel, Maria, Arnault, Luna, Nicolas, Francois mgr, valet, concierge, restaurant etc - nice quiet town, aside from being unable to swim in ocean first few days; the staff & facility (pool helped) more than made up for the inability to swim in ocean which had unfortunate overflow from stadium toilet.
