What a surprise! This hotel went way beyond our expectations. Located at the end of the main Cannes area and next to the beach. Quick 3min walk to all the action. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. They were amazing! Our balcony had a view of the sea. Valet parking was a huge bonus as parking in Cannes is tricky. The indoor/outdoor pool and spa were exceptional. Can’t wait to return.

The only issue I had with this hotel was on Expedia they advertised a pool, however you had to pay 20 euros per person for 90 minutes to use it. I was looking forward to sitting by the pool all day to enjoy it. The beach was across the street but very crowded.

L’appartement était spacieux et très agréable, nous avons rien à redire sauf un point. Nous avons été très déçu de savoir que la piscine était interdite aux enfants sauf de 9h à 10h et de 20h à 21h. Cette dernière heure n’est vraiment pas adapté à des enfants. 1h par jour pour les enfants c’est vrai peu. L’hôtel n’est pas très kids friendly.

Das Hotel ist sehr professionell. Auf Unzufriedenheit wurde schnell reagiert. Ich finde generell die Standardzimmer sehr klein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch nicht auf dem Niveau eines 4 Sterne Hotels. Wie bereits erwähnt wurde darauf schnell reagiert. Die lage ist sehr gut. Der recht hohe Parkgebühr in Höhe von 40€ ist auch zu kritisieren!

Im recht hohen Zimmerpreis war sonst nichts inkludiert. Der Pool ist nur über das Spa zugänglich & kostet für 1,5h 20€. Speisen & Getränke sind dort nicht erlaubt. Die Rooftop-Bar/Restaurant sowie das Café im Erdgeschoss ist super & das Personal überall sehr freundlich. Valet Parking (40€/Tag) hat prima funktioniert. Gegenüber ist der öffentliche Strand, der in der Hochsaison maximal voll ist. Durch den Hafen hört man Schiffe & die Straße /Baustelle davor Fahrzeuge. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da Ausstattung und Lage (fussläufig alles zu erkunden) top waren.

Excellent séjour , hôtel magnifique bien rénové. Insonorisation excellente c’est important de la souligner. La chambre magnifique, décoration apaisante , proprete irréprochable , le lit d’un confort absolu , salle de bain fonctionnelle avec toilettes séparés c’est super. Rapport qualité prix excellent ! Merci à tout le personnel pour l’accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse des voituriers également. Et les petites attentions à l’occasion de mon anniversaire. Nous avons pris le brunch le dimanche matin au Café crème situé dans l’hôtel , tout était parfait . Le seul point négatif du séjour a été le spa, je l’ai signalé à l’accueil en partant. Grosse déception , piscine froide , hammam hors service, 120€ l’heure de massage médiocre, manque de professionnalisme…. C’est dommage.

Hotel is nicely located, carpets had a lot of stains, bathroom in my room was tiny comparing to the size of the room, never stayed in a canopy by Hilton before and never will again. It lacks the warmth of a hotel, bad smell inside the lifts. Best thing about the hotel is the rooftop, although the furniture is outdated. Tried the restaurant, nice, but service wasn’t.

We stayed here last year and loved it. Our complaints this year were the staff seemed overworked. They were not overly helpful or friendly. Our room was spotless but there was a peach pit on the carpet in the hallway our entire stay. Our other complaint was the charcoal lotions and toiletries in the bathroom. The lotion smells smokey. Would be shocked if we are the first to complain. No one wants to smell like smoke.

L'accueil lamentable On embête tellement le voiturier qu'il indique le parking en face 20€ moins cher par jour. Les bagages autant se les trimballer et surtout l'odeur dans la douche... un infection ! Bien que signalé a la reception des le premier matin, rien n'a ete fait Reflexion faite au depart le lendemain apres une deuxième nuit : ouai ben c'est comme ça. Si vous ne comptez pas revenir, vous faites ce que vous voulez. J'espere que le service client appréciera Cerise sur le gateau, vous souhaitez de l'eau dans votre chambre: descendez au rdc pour remplir votre carafe, comme au formule 1 et pas d'alibi ecolo a 2 balles, les serviettes sont intégralement changées tous les jour. Pour finir le rooftop est hyper bruyant et le cafe du rdc banal et d'une extreme lenteur a servir Les 4 etoiles ne sont pas du tout méritées

Really loved the hotel and the staff is amazing! The place is in a great location near everything, the hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The views from the roof top are amazing. The breakfast is good but the staff working it are fantastic. One woman in particular was great, she took care of all my needs and guided me with great selections. I wish I would have written down her name for the correct spelling. The beds are comfortable and the A/C works great. I would highly recommend staying here. I know my wife and I will be back. By the way the views are spectacular in the morning.

We were here when they first opened two years ago, and were very pleased. This time we weren’t that happy about the stay compared to the price paid. Canopy positions itself in the segment between 4/5 star hotel, but struggles a bit to deliver on the service required. And the facilities including the roof top terrace is packed with outside guests, meaning poor service. We expected a bit more this time since they had been running for a good two years, but were in all honesty a bit let down

The property itself was very nice. Very clean and nice rooms. The pool/spa facilities not being complimentary is unusual. The staff and service were far below expectations compared to other Hilton’s we have stayed at. Front desk staff were dis-interested and restaurant staff at the rooftop bar were awful. We ended up leaving after 1hr of not being recognized once sat down. The property was beautiful, the staff and service would not allow us to stay here again.

The staff here were so friendly when I arrived after waking up a 3am for a 6am flight. They found a room so I could check in early and it was superb. The restaurant has the best views of nice and the staff are extremely friendly. Hospitality at its best!!

Hotel is ok. Location is good. Not excellent. A walk of 15 min to the good area of Cannes. Internet is HORRIBLE. I would great 1/10. Very, very slow. I could not work online. Complained to the front desk. The answer: Hotel is full. Everybody is using the WiFi. Horrible explanation. It is more to a 3 star hotel than a 4 star. And it is not a cheap hotel.

This is in the building of the old Radisson Blu which we loved to stay at because you are basically living on Plage du Midi, which in my opinion is the best beach in Cannes. Really loved the vibe and service at this newly renovated and rebranded hotel, waking up to the sea view and smell every morning is to die for. Breakfast at their panoramic Rooftop terrace is a must! Definitely returning soon!

Accueil et dévouement du personnel de l’accueil, seul gros bémol un buffet de petit déjeuner quand même honoreux et pour lequel nous avons dû demander à plusieurs du réapprovisionnement, n’osant même plus à la fin où une demi-heure avant la fermeture tout le personnel s’agitait pour desservir les tables.
