Lovely helpful and friendly staff and overall lovely hotel. Location was excellent, couldn’t be closer to everything. If you’re a single traveller the rooms are on the small side and bathroom and toilet separate but tiny. This was only down side but double rooms looked fab. This was only reason for saying good versus excellent. And, In saying this bed very comfy and very quiet room.

We had front facing room on the 2nd floor & opted for a balcony which was really nice. The room was clean & comfortable. The decor was a little dated & i did think it needed fresh pillows but overall very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely with very good choices & quality of food. The hotel had a poster showing where the locally- sourced food came from. The staff were very helpful & friendly. Location excellent, just off the main square & very close to bus & tram stops. I would stay there again.

We had a deluxe room which was very basic. Tiny toilet , poor shower over bath, heating not working. Travel lodge type room. Canteen style breakfast. Excellent location but definitely not 4 star. Extremely helpful reception staff.

Good location and breakfast, friendly staff. The room was much smaller and quite dated compared to the rooms shown online and the AC/fan was broken. It didn’t feel 4 star more a good 2 star or low 3 star
