If you have at least medium or heavy luggage, there’s no way that you could take them up cuz there’s no ramp or at least elevator from the street level, it’s only stairs of about 15 to 20 and there’s no staff to help carry your luggage to the elevator level. Elevator starts on the second level. Leaving the hotel will be another problem taking your stuff from the 2nd level.

Fantastic location and wonderfully designed hotel. Dinner is available which is well priced. The only negative is you have to drag your bags up a flight of stairs to get to the lifts and the reception is on the top floor. Which is fine is you just have a cabin bag but not when you have big heavy bags

This Hotel was great ! Clean, modern, convenient location. Best of all there was a restaurant and lounge which had comfortable seating and complimentary drinks both hot and cold all day as well as snacks ! Stayed here for one night mainly for it's convenient location to the airport, but turned out to be one of my favourite hotels I've ever stayed in. The receptionists and service staff were very kind, helpful and professional. You can relax knowing OKKO has everything you need from dining/bar options, gym/sauna, communal and resting spaces, and the room itself was a dream. Would highly recommend!

Lovely stay in Nice. Room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and hotel is walking distance to the airport NCE. The staff were very kind, polite and helpful. The facilities were amazing, and I really appreciated the sauna and the filtered water stations, as well as the ironing room which had both a steamer and an industrial grade iron.

Great hotel minutes walk from Nice Airport. I arrived early and wished to drop off my luggage but was given an early available room at no cost. Room itself was perfect and I slept well. Staff were friendly and helpful. If staying near the airport again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

No privacy shower. The shower was bizar. It's not private except for shaded glass. In other words the shower was not inside the bathroom. We decided not to stay another night because this was so weird. But on a positive note, very clean, comfortable bed and walkable to the airport.

Service was great. We arrived early but they let us in the room. The room was tiny, very small, and hot. I think that in France when winter hits they don’t let you use the air conditioning so we were too hot. This was not a 4 star hotel, I think 3 stars is fair. It is, though, very conveniently located for a 10 min walk to the airport. Do keep in mind that there aren’t many food options around so I’d recommend to go into nice-ville for a “Nice” meal :P

Great value for the price. You can walk to NCE airport in 10 minutes. Wifi is fast. Rooms are small, but clean and well-deaigned. Walls are a bit thin. Only downside is that you're not near the city center, but you can always bike, uber or take the train there within 20 minutea. A good place to stay the night before an outbound flight or if youre traveling on a budget.

When we picked this hotel we did it for an early flight and an early bed time but we were woken up by a fire alarm at midnight where the one hotel staff that was on duty didn’t do anything to communicate whether we should evacuate or if it was a mistake. We felt super not taken care of and considered leaving the hotel in the middle of the night after half hour long alarms. Alarms go off for no reason and it can interrupt your sleep but hotel staff should be able to manage the situation. If we have another early flight out of Nice this hotel won’t be our first choice.

Their service is at a 5-star level. All staff are so friendly and have smile to everyone all the time (It is difficult to find a hotel like them now). They are not mean and offer a lounge service with some free snacks and coffee/tea. The lounge is very cozy and can spend more than an hour to relax there. The room is very clean and the decoration inside gives a warm and home-welcoming feeling. Never have been a good hotel for a long time. Thanks Okko Nice Airport and the staff!

Could not recommend this place enough! So clean, lovely staff, easy to get to with parking for our car outside, very nice room and amazing daily breaky! Close to airport which makes it easy and a short car ride up and down the coastline. Highly recommend!

Utrolig flott hotell om tar miljøet på alvor. Alle som jobber der er superhyggelig og jeg følte meg utrolig godt ivaretatt. Veldig pent og rent overalt. Behagelig hotell og kjempegod seng. Eneste minuset var at dusjen ikke hadde noe trykk. Jeg skjønner at tanken er på miljøet, men det blir jo bare til at jeg må stå uendelig lenge i dusjen for å få på meg litt vann. Så her hadde jeg ønsket meg at de var litt mer rause. Men det er også eneste minus. Hotellet ligger i gangavstand til flyplassen og 2 min unna trikken inn til sentrum. Så helt perfekt på ale vis :)

Nice hotel less than 10 minute walk from the airport, you couldn't hear any planes taking off which was brilliant. The staff we very friendly, polite and happy to help with any issues I had. The only downside was it was far away from the city centre and seafront. But there's a tram 2 minutes walk away which will take you there (about a 20 minute ride). Perfect hotel for a short break

OKKO is a nice hotel. There is a mall about two miles away from it. There is a train station, tram and bus all within five minutes. I stayed for 5 days. The only thing I disliked was the location it was my first time in nice and I should have done more research. I preferred being closer to downtown. Also I didn’t like that there wasn’t a nearby grocery store or laundry.

Clean rooms that work for a short stay. FYI, there was no real food available in the “club”. At best, a few croutons and apples with a coffee machine. Eat at the airport if you can—there’s not much around the hotel itself.

It was an amazing stay! Delicious breakfast made with organic products and 24/7 coffee & snacks available. The hotel is new and kept well. Welcoming staff. 20 out of 10. If I come to Nice again, I’ll book it without hesitation. P.S. I was worried about the noise due to the proximity to the airport, but it was nonexistent.
