It is not at all a 4 star hotel. at best a 1 star hotel. The staff was rude. The parking area was completely terrible, no service from the hotel and I got my car damaged because of it. I need compensation for the terrible room, service and most importantly the damage to my car. Please initiate my refund at the earliest.

Expérience très moyenne dans cet hôtel. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai dû changer de chambre à cause d’une porte d’ouverture cassée, ce qui n’est pas un bon début. L’établissement est en travaux, avec des bâches partout, y compris dans l’ascenseur, ce qui donne une impression de négligence. Côté confort, la literie est en 140x190, ce qui est franchement trop petit pour un bon sommeil. Pour le prix demandé, le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas du tout au rendez-vous. On s’attend à bien mieux pour ce tarif. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel tant que les travaux ne sont pas terminés et que la qualité de prestation ne s’améliore pas.
