Good location for transport access to the city. Breakfast good selection and room comfortable EXCEPT for the totally inadequate AC. It wax exceptionally hot outside but on coolest setting AC could only get temperature down to around 30C which meant some sweaty nights. Also no EV charger on site as stated on listing.

We had a terrible stay at aparthotel adagio porte de Versailles. The air conditioning of our room and many other rooms were not funcioning at all while there is a Red Weather Warning for Heat in Paris. It was impossible to sleep at night given the heat and the air conditioner not working. When we tried to get a resolution from the reception, we encountered receptionists who were all part-time workers with no authority to better our situation. All while so many guests were having problems with the Air Conditioning the Director of the property was absent from work for 3 days. There was no availability of technicians to check our air conditioner and we had to spend our first night without air conditioner, the second day when the technician arrived he was adamant that the air conditioner is working when it clearly wasn't working as the room temperature increased from 27 C° to 30C°. This property is listed as a 4 star property but it does not even justify a 2 star rating due to its faulty air conditioning and incompetent staff. We recommend everyone to avoid staying at ApartHotel Adagio Porte De Versailles!

Had been trying to communicate with Hotel prior to our trip. We emailed, called for weeks before arrival but nothing back. When we got to the hotel to check in we were told they didn't have our rooms even though confirmation of the booking had been sent to us. They said it was due to a technical issue - but failed to get any information from the technical team or tell us the real reason why we couldn't have our rooms. After 60 minutes of discussion and asking to speak to the manager, finally they were able to give us a bed for the night. Staff were not very helpful at all.
