Really friendly staff upon arrival, great room (301) which had a huge and very comfy bed and a view (limited) of the sea which was a real bonus. Clean and tidy bathroom with quality toiletry products for use. We didn’t use the bar but it looked lovely. Central to everything you could want in Juan Le Pins

Hotel has a private beach 1 block away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Old Town Antibes is about a 15-20 minute walk and Nice airport is about 20 minutes away.

Arnaque complet. N'est pas un 4 étoiles. Ils utilisent le restaurant qui est sur la plage comme avec qui ils ont un accord, mais ne propose aucun avantage à leurs clients. Très bruyant, les chambres donnent toutes sur la rue (et non sur la plage). Seul un bar est disponible, bof pour un 4 étoiles Mise à part, le personnel était très bien.

Great location, staff were lovely and attentive. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good range of food available. Parking underground was useful but very difficult to drive in with a bigger car. The rooms are very nice with little terraces and modern facilities. The parking is incredibly convenient and absolutely worth reserving. The local area would be great were it not for the fact that major works are being undertaken on the beach and as such instead of being accessible 100m from the hotel it's closer to half a km. The hotel normally have arrangements with a couple of local restaurants for private beach and sun lounger access but these restaurants are shut. Beach proximity was a key selling point for us so it was extremely disappointing not to know in advance and before paying! Were it not for this I would have scored the hotel as excellent across the board.

Overall we liked the property and the staff were nice and helpful for the most part. There was even a nice gentleman that helped us park our vehicle when we had trouble maneuvering in the parking garage. The location is good and convenient for driving around the South of France. We had two concerns. The water in the shower didn’t drain properly, which was disappointing after long hot days in the sun. Secondly, the private beach was confusing so we never went. One person told us the beach was not apart of the hotel and we had to pay based on the seating we selected. We were under the impression that the private beach was for the hotel guest and that was a huge selling point when reserving our stay. Another person told us we couldn’t reserve for the beach at the front desk and would have to walk down to the beach area to make the reservations but that it was free. Instead we settled on going to the public beach area since we didn’t want to run the risk of not having reservations and the beach overcrowding. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and the room was kept nice and clean.

I have stayed here multiple times, it is a very convenient location. Great access to restaurants and train but the hotel is a little dated and the sheets and towels are not in the best conditions. However, the staff are very nice and helpful.

Location was great, 2 minute walk from lots of restaurants, and 5 min walk from the beach. The room was spacious and clean. A couple of things which could have been better: the shower didn’t drain properly, causing a bit of flooding in the room; the tea was not replaced/refilled and I had to call reception to ask them to bring some more up as I like a cup of tea in the mornings; the in-room phone didn’t work so when calling reception for the tea and an iron, I had to use my phone. However the staff were very polite and I would stay here again.

Hands down one of my favourite hotels in the South of France. We got a sea view balcony room and it was so spacious and clean. The bathroom was a dream, the water pressure was amazing and so were the soaps provided. The daily house keepers kept our room fresh and the staff were so helpful. We really felt comfortable and at home. The location couldn’t be better and is really safe. So central from the east and west part of Nice. 5 mins walk through a gorgeous garden to the high end shops/place macenna and another 5 mins walk to the beach or market. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

It was close to restaurants and the beach. The staff was very nice. The beds were clean. Close to a supermarket and a yummy bakery. The room was not quiet. You could hear street noise and the people in the hallway and next door. Bring earplugs. Also the shower grout was black from mould. At least the shower drained. Also the area around the doorhandle to the wc was very dirty. I wiped it and the cloth was very dirty. The walls were banged up and could use a wipe More attention to cleanliness would go along way. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Very nice, renovated hotel in the middle og everything! Just 5 min. walk to the trainstatipn were you can jump in the train to Nice, Cannes etc. 5 min walk from restaurant, shots, bar and to the beach. The hotellrom is very comfortable with a spacious bathroom with free Nuxe products, very good bed and plenty of wardrobe space.

The balcony looked over the street with a very partial view of the sea. The problem was the street was noisy all night until about 5 am. That is not the hotel's fault. You can get courtyard away from the street.

This is our second year visiting The Hotel Helios. Once again we had a fantastic stay there. The staff are extremely friendly and always on hand to help and advise with anything. The hotel is well positioned near to the beach and all the local shops and restaurants. The train station is just a five minute walk away so we were able to visit Cannes easily. It is a five minute walk to catch the ‘Petit Train’ which is a 20 minute ride into Antibes. We went on this several times as the trip is a great way to see the local sights between Juan Les Pins and Antibes where there are many shops and restaurants. We will definitely visit again and recommend to friends .

It's now my go-to place in Juan le Pins/Antibes. 3-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and the main street for shopping and hanging out. I couldn't have asked for better.

This is our second year visiting The Hotel Helios. Once again we had a fantastic stay there. The staff are extremely friendly and always on hand to help and advise with anything. The hotel is well positioned near to the beach and all the local shops and restaurants. The train station is just a five minute walk away so we were able to visit Cannes easily. It is a five minute walk to catch the ‘Petit Train’ which is a 20 minute ride into Antibes. We went on this several times as the trip is a great way to see the local sights between Juan Les Pins and Antibes where there are many shops and restaurants. We will definitely visit again and recommend to friends .

The hotel is lovely but their restaurant on the beach made our trip. Swans even came out of the sea onto the sand 20 feet from us!!!! Don't miss it.

Really friendly staff upon arrival, great room (301) which had a huge and very comfy bed and a view (limited) of the sea which was a real bonus. Clean and tidy bathroom with quality toiletry products for use. We didn’t use the bar but it looked lovely. Central to everything you could want in Juan Le Pins

Great location, staff were lovely and attentive. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good range of food available. Parking underground was useful but very difficult to drive in with a bigger car. The hotel’s underground parking is quite difficult to park and yet they charged €22/ night. The two elevators are quite tiny, even difficult to fit two persons with loaded luggage. The room’s cleanliness was ok but the shower head was on the ground when we checked in. There is no free water in the room or top up station in the hotel. Staff entered the room without permission even we had indicated do not disturb on the door. Good point is the size of the room is generous. However, we were disappointed because it does not deserve a four-star hotel or at such price.
