The hotel property was perfect for us, small, across from beautiful Parque Mexico, and withso many dining options nearby. They did have many options which we did not take advantage of...a restaurant on the ground floor, a spa, rooftop access. We were there to be out and about in Mexico City, so we didn't want to be in the hotel to much, but when we were there we were very comfortable. And who doesn't love a Toto bidet?

Our overall stay at Rodona was great! Rooms were clean and staff is nice and helpful. The rooftop is still in the process if being finished, there were chairs but the inside portion was still in progress and the kitchen is still under construction which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, would definitely stay again!

We were lucky to stay in this lovely newly opened hotel in Condessa. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, The rooms were spotless clean, The location is fantastic, We will definitely come back. The only issue was the lift - wasn't orking throughout our 5 days stay, and the hotel didn't seem to do anything about it except telling us "we are waiting for a technician"

The service and friendliness were outstanding. Ate at the little restaurant for breakfast, and it was exceptionally good. Had cocktails in the entry bar, also really pleasant. Superb location.

Such a cute little hotel in a great location. Staff was so welcoming and kind. They had 24 hour security, and we felt safe the entire time. Our room was very small. I’d recommend upgrading to a larger room. It was almost comically small.

The room as fine, clean and comfortable. Tiny space and even smaller bathroom. There was noisy in the mornings. I would not consider this room to be noise proof. There was never anyone in the restaurant. Good location.

While the service was great here, I have to say there were major issues with cleanliness which I won't detail here--I'll simply say that my friend and I had to relocate hotels because of it. The manager was very nice and refunded our stay completely, given the situation, but this particular situation required us to spend additional money on the other end of our trip. It was very frustrating, and though no one's fault in particular, I would have wished for a warning as a guest myself, so I am offering it to others.

This is clearly a new Hotel, but I’m really glad I could try it out. It was a great experience overall. Incredibly centric, the personal was super attentive and friendly. In the room everything was right… great Bed, impeccably clean and a great shower! (Tourists may not know this, but this can be an issue in Mexico City) Unfortunately I didn’t use the restaurant or the bar because the neighborhood is full of options at walking distance.

1. Escogí una reserva “fully refundable” pero, varios días antes de mi llegada al hotel me percaté que me habían hecho el cobro a mi tarjeta de la totalidad de la reserva. Esto sin autorización alguna pues los terminos y condiciones especificaban que no me cobrarían hasta llegar al hotel. Considero es una falta de respeto y deja mucho que decir de la administración de esta propiedad. Es que no puedo concebir que me hayan hecho el cargo total de mi estadía a mi tarjeta sin mi autorizacion y sin tan siquiera haber puesto un pie en la propiedad y sin opcion a devolucion alguna 2. No nos dieron servicio de housekeeping a la habitación ni una sola vez en toda nuestra estadía. Esto a pesar de solicitar servicio mas de 2 veces por día a la recepción. política del hotel es robarle y tomarle el pelo a los clientes. 3. De camino a mexico sufrí una lesion por lo que les solicité con 72 horas de antelación que por favor me dieran la opcion de adelantar el check out para poderme ir de regreso a mi pais a atenderme. Pense no habria ningun inconveniente con esto dado que reserve con una tarifa flexible y no pre paga. Sin embargo me negaron el reembolso de esas ultimas noches a pesar de solicitarlo con 72 horas de anticipacion. Fueron sumamente intransigentes en cuanto a esto y Perdí mas de $600usd. 4. Hay una construcción justo a lado del hotel donde llevan horas largas martillando fuerte y lo esucho todo en mi habitacion lo que me tiene agoniada y No me permite descansar.

The room was very clean and the service was outstanding. I'd recommend to friends looking to stay close but in a relatively quieter area. I love how walkable the location was. It was easy to find and calling ubers to and from the location was very convenient as well.

My wife and I had an excellent couple vacation without the kids for 4 days and this was a great find. Love the location next to the park and the room was comfortable and well designed. The place has a vintage art deco vibe. Excellent value as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole facility is well maintained. The shower and bathroom were nicer and more accommodating than many other hotels in this price range. The only flaw was the creative hangers and clothes storage space. I accept their desire to be creative, but they lacked everyday functionality in my opinion

Lovely and well-located spot in the Condensa neighborhood. Very small boutique hotel. A bit noisy due to the restaurant and bar being right beneath us, but not too bad at night. TV wasn’t working for the entirety of our stay, but that wasn’t a huge deal since we were out and about most of the day. Would recommend for a comfy stay.

I cannot offer a more enthusiastic review of this new and beautiful boutique hotel in Mexico City. In a city renowned for excellence in architecture it stands out. The attention to detail in the design and by the warm and friendly staff was a joy to experience. A special thank you to the manager Gabriel who was endlessly patient and accommodating to our flight changes. We cannot wait to return!

The entire staff at Rodona was friendly and very accommodating. Communication via WhatsApp with the hotel made everything easy and smooth. Pros: great location, modern and clean room, easy communication, safe and comfortable. Cons: the hotel entryway flooded during a night of heavy rain, rooms are on the smaller side. Perfect location in condesa with lots of bakeries/cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staff were great! We stayed for our honeymoon and they surprised us with a bottle of wine and chocolate cake in our room one evening :)

Hize la reserva a traves de expedia y escogí una tarifa en la cual se pagaba en el hotel al llegar. El hotel decidió hacerme el cobro sin la autorización de expedia varios días antes de mi llegada al hotel. Cuando llegué al hotel les reclamé por haber hecho el cargo total de mi estadía con anticipacion pues los terminos y condiciones de mi reserva decían que esta no requería ningun pago de antemano. el gerente del hotel me respondio que lo siente por expedia pero que ellos siempre hacen eso a pesar de lo contratado con expedia. Llame a expedia a quejarme y expedia a su vez llamo al hotel a reclamarles que me habian hecho el cobro anticipado a lo que Gabriel el gerente les minitio y les dijo que “perdon que habia sido un error” cuando a mi me dijo que ellos siempre lo hacen y lo seguiran haciendo asi. Por favor si se quedan en este hotel tengan mucho cuidado porque ellos van a cobrarles el total de la estadia no matter what sin autorizacion alguuna y sin importar el tipo de tarifa que escogan aunque no sea una reserva prepaid. Son tramposos y mentirosos. Y tienen una politica muy anti clientes y no les importa nada: Pedí acortar mi reserva con 72 horas de antelacion lo que me parece prudente y razonable prro me negaron devolverme un solo dolar ni peso de las noches que iba a dejar de usar. No nos dieron servicio de housekeeping a la habitación ni una sola vez en toda nuestra estadía. Esto a pesar de solicitar servicio mas de 2 veces por día a la recepción. política del hotel es robarle y tomarle el pelo a los clientes. 3. De camino a mexico sufrí una lesion por lo que les solicité con 72 horas de antelación que por favor me dieran la opcion de adelantar el check out para poderme ir de regreso a mi pais a atenderme. Pense no habria ningun inconveniente con esto dado que reserve con una tarifa flexible y no pre paga. We loved our stay at Rodona especially the area. We felt very safe walking around the park as well as walking home at night.The hotel is lovely with some beautiful attention to detail.A few things to be brought to administrations attention are we stayed in a room at the front of the hotel and music was played outside the hotel by the hotel from 8 am u til 11 pm and was quite loud.We also had to ask for toilet paper twice as it was not replaced during cleaning.

This hotel is fantastic. The building is super cool bahaus style! The beds are large and comfortable and the toilet is japanese style with jets etc. What truly makes this hotel however is rhe lovely staff and the STUNNING location. Right on the gorgeous Parque Mexico this could not be a better location. Prices so reasonable too.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rodona Hotel. The location in Condesa is across the street from a large and beautiful park with many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel was quiet, the bed very comfortable, and the interior is modern. We can't wait to return!

This is clearly a new Hotel, but I’m really glad I could try it out. It was a great experience overall. Incredibly centric, the personal was super attentive and friendly. In the room everything was right… great Bed, impeccably clean and a great shower! (Tourists may not know this, but this can be an issue in Mexico City) Unfortunately I didn’t use the restaurant or the bar because the neighborhood is full of options at walking distance.

The hotel property was perfect for us, small, across from beautiful Parque Mexico, and withso many dining options nearby. They did have many options which we did not take advantage of...a restaurant on the ground floor, a spa, rooftop access. We were there to be out and about in Mexico City, so we didn't want to be in the hotel to much, but when we were there we were very comfortable. And who doesn't love a Toto bidet?

Our overall stay at Rodona was great! Rooms were clean and staff is nice and helpful. The rooftop is still in the process if being finished, there were chairs but the inside portion was still in progress and the kitchen is still under construction which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, would definitely stay again!

The room as fine, clean and comfortable. Tiny space and even smaller bathroom. There was noisy in the mornings. I would not consider this room to be noise proof. There was never anyone in the restaurant. Good location.

First time staying at this hotel. Beautiful setting across the street from Parque Mexico in Condesa. From our point of view, the only negative was that there was not a ramp for ingress/egress. However, assistants were always there to lift or carry down my scooter and to help me up or down the 3 steps. The room was clean and comfortable with a good sized bathroom (although you had to close the door to use the lavatory). The restaurant was not affiliated with the hotel but the food was excellent and had a great selection of drinks. Lastly, the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating, especially Carla. One last thing I would have to say about this hotel - it seemed to be directed to the younger crowd, which is not a bad thing but we are all in our seventies 😳
