Modern, clean and comfortable hotel situated right across the street from the train station, which makes it highly convenient. Two blocks away from a huge shopping mall, where you have plenty dining options. You can easily walk to the center of town, it won’t take more than 20 minutes. The young staff were very friendly, and efficient. The buffet restaurant is great value with very delicious food options. Highly recommend !!!!

The staff whether on the front desk or the breakfast room were warm, friendly, and respectful. I was really impressed with Raphaelle and Bruno. I asked for advice on museums and restaurants, and I was very pleased with the results. They called the Gallo-Romain Museum in nearby Vienne (France) to insure it would be open Ascension Day, so I would not make a day trip in vain. Raphaelle saw me return from dinner and asked how it was. The breakfast was excellent. The choice of breads and the cheeses were standouts. The room was comfortable with a great shower. And of course the location is a perfect for an overnight stay to break up a long train journey and for day trips.

I had a very pleasant stay at Campanile PRIME Lyon Centre Gare Part Dieu. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station, which made arrivals and departures very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well designed for a city stay. No refrigerator for anyone who needs that. What stood out most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Raphaelle, Manuel, and so many of the others were especially helpful and friendly, and their warmth made a real difference after long travel days. I did not have the full breakfast during my stay. I had seen a takeaway breakfast option listed online, but when I inquired at the restaurant, it did not appear to be available. It may be helpful to clarify that offering for future guests. Overall, I found this to be a convenient and welcoming place to stay in Lyon and would consider it again for future visits.
