Fräscht hotell för bra pris. Ligger bra vid centralstationen. Bra parkering med laddningsmöjlighet. Kostar dock att parkera och man behöver kod innan man kan köra in vilket gjorde det lite krångligt innan incheckning.

Typical of a European hotel, small but sufficient for our stay. My only complain is that doesn't stay in place. It somehow slides. Parking can be hectic, there is underground parking but its difficult to get in since there is no designated spot when you're checking. Parking is $18 a night. Breakfast is pretty good, you can fry your own eggs. They also have pancakes, crepes, bacon and scrambled eggs. It is on the pricier side at $20.50 per person which was the cheaper option if you include it on your booking. Close to train station and most places are walkable.

This hotel is managed by a young team with a lot of energy and kindness this make the stay more and more comfortable. If you come with an EV you have also a lot of chargers for your car. wonderful location next to the train station. The staff upon check-in was friendly. I would have appreciated air conditioning in the room, which was Non operative in any of the rooms. But the windows could open so we were OK. small rooms, but for a three star hotel it was fine. The bar area is fine, but be aware that there are conferences there so there are times when the attendees will go outside to smoke. So if you don’t like cigarettes smoke, you’re gonna have to stay inside.

J'ai changé de chambre 2 fois ! Et cela dès mon arrivé : 1ère chambre -> toilettes sales (une photo a été envoyé par mail) Suite a cela on ma donné une autre chambre qui empesté l'odeur de la cigarette sachant que on la sentait depuis l'ascenseur, je vous laisse deviner dans la chambre ! Enfin on ma donné une autre chambre et j'ai du accepter car c'était la moins pire finalement et je sortais de 6h de route donc epuisée ! Mais dans celle ci jai trouvé dans la salle de bain 3 types de cheveux differents, sachant que jai les cheveux bouclés jai retrouvés des cheveux lisses noir epais, des cheveux bloncs et des petits poils, en gros c'était pas nettoyer !

The hotel is conveniently located as it's opposite to Lyon Gare Part-Dieu and the tramway station. It's easy to travel to the airport. The room was basic without any electric kettle or fridge, but it's not a problem for me as I only stayed for two nights.

The hotel itself was average. Convenient location, however the rooms were basic. The main issue I had was that twice during my stay I had someone enter my room. The first was another guest who had been checked into the same room and therefore had a key - he entered the room at nearly midnight when I was in bed and asleep. The second was housekeeping who entered the room without knocking even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door - he was trying to get me to leave even thought it was 40 minutes before check out. In both instances the door was also 'locked' so bear this in mind. The room has no safe, so knowing that people entered my room at least twice when they shouldn't have made me feel quite uncomfortable. The management were very apologetic, but their offer to make up for it was insufficient - so actions speak louder than words in this case.

Hotel room was adequate. Service was really poor. Two big issues - Cleaner did not knock on the door and just entered (despite the do not disturb sign). This was particularly irritating as I had just got out of the shower. I paid for late check out as I was catching a train for a lengthy journey late afternoon and wanted to freshen up before the journey (charged at €10 per hour). I came back to the room, early afternoon to be told that my belongings had been removed from the hotel room. I was very concerned as this would have meant going through my belongings as I hadn’t fully packed. It then became apparent that my belongings hadn’t even been fully secured (suitcase not fully zipped up, items placed on top of bags rather than securely inside etc) and we’re just kept in an open office behind reception. I spoke to the manager, who kindly arranged for me to have the room back to freshen up. This was appreciated, up until the point that the cleaner entered unannounced, yet again. I asked for a full refund - this has been declined. I asked for the contact details for complaints - yet to receive these. This hotel has a lot of potential but there was no value for my privacy and the safety of my belongings which are deal breakers for me.

Campanile Lyon Centre is located very close to the Lyon's main train station, a mere 5 minutes walk across the street. It's super convenient for catching trains, and getting on the RhoneExpress to go to the airport. A huge indoor shopping mall called Westfield is 10 minutes walk away. It has numerous shops and very good food court with variety of cuisine choices. Nearby buses and metro lines can take one to the old city easyly.

Zentral, wenn mann mit den Rhoneexpress vom Flughafen kommt perfekte Wahl. Sauber täglich sauberes aufgeräumtes Zimmer. Früstück überaschend gut , sehr große auswahl für jeden Hunger. Kaffee ist auch super im Früstücksbereich. Direkte lage zum Bahnhof! Einkaufzentrum in direkter nähe! Tram T1 und T3 sind in direkter nähe! Leider wurde die Strecke Rhoneexpress bei unserer Ankunft wegen Bauarbeiten stillgelegt kamen mit den Bus völlig zurecht!

The hotel is just outside of Lyon part dieu, very convenient for travellers, a little bit far away from the old town but it’s walkable, I walked back and forth no problem, the room is clean however the wifi was not working on the 3rd floor, overall it’s good choice for travellers and price is reasonable , I will stay again next time

Clean comfortable hotel right across from train station. Very easy to use transportation to visit sites in city. Also there is a good bar with happy hour and a great restaurant if you dont feel like leaving. I would definitely stay here again. Great hotel for price.
