This hotel is located in a walking area with nowhere to stop and drop off your bags. We wasted almost an hour driving around it - even the helpful policeman on the corner and the parking attendant didn’t know how to get to it. If they want to use sites like Expedia they must inform clients how to access it and where to park. Seems poor management as checkin was slow and several things didn’t work (coffee supplies but no kettle, heater in bathroom, small lift to get to the main one on the mezzanine). Good location, good beds, quiet, breakfast OK.

Fantastic location—buses, trams, and trains are right outside the door, making it incredibly easy to get to all the major sights. The room was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The AC worked fine, and the overall experience was comfortable and pleasant. Just a note: there is NO POOL, despite a misleading photo on Google Reviews. Still, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

Our room was very large, with a separate WC room and a bathroom. There was a tub and a walk in large shower. The hotel is located in a pedestrian zone in the old port area, very convenient to shops and restaurants. What we did not like is 1) late hour cleaning. The maid would come after 4 pm and 2) homeless people in front of the hotel making loud noise at night interrupting our sleep.

Rummet var ej klart när vi skulle checka in. Vi fick rummet med utsikt över hamnen på 5:e våningen för att vi fick vänta vilket vi var väldigt nöjda med. Men när vi sen fick tillgång till rummet var det ej städat. Gick tillbaka och påpekade att det ej var städat vilket inte är ok. Vi fick frukost dagen efter som kompensationen. Rummet i sig var väldigt fint och personalen var väldigt snälla. Tråkigt att rummet ej var städat när vi fick tillgång till det men de var ledsna över det och hjälpte till med att åtgärda det. Annars ligger hotellet väldigt bra till. Ej ljudisolerat och det händer väldigt mycket (dvs mycket ljud) precis utanför vid hamnen så tänk på det. Väldigt fint och modernt hotell i övrigt!

Great hotel right in the midst of the tourist area in Marseille. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and although the area outside was busy and loud, the sound proofing with the windows closed was good. The air conditioning worked well, and our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was the same every day, but the variety was good and the food was great. I would stay here again if I ever make it back to Marseille.

We had an excellent stay, room was on the top floor with a terrace overlooking the Old Port and across to Notre Dame du Garde which was great. Room was spacious and tidy, comfortable bed, had both Nespresso machine and a kettle. Bath with seperate shower, double sinks, robes and slippers. Breakfast was good, variety of pastries, cereals, cold meats and cheeses, eggs, etc. Staff we encountered were all polite and friendly with good English. Location couldn't be better, literally above a Metro station but it is a very walkable city anyway.

Perfect location for a first visit to Marseille! Our views of the old port were perfect and the family room was huge even by American standards. It is right next to the metro, many restaurants and shops. The strength of the AC was a pleasant surprise! High quality toiletries were provided and the beds were very comfortable! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location, lovely ambience. The room was large, with a high ceiling and finished to a high standard. The hotel was clean all around. Bathroom came with L'Occitaine toiletries. I really enjoyed my stay. Small Negatives: I stayed in a double room, so expected a double bed (or better), but instead, it was two single (albeit comfortable) beds put together. Breakfast was disappointing compared with the quality rest of the hotel. I did not like the pillows - but that is true for all hotels. Windows could have had better soundproofing. Lighting could be better (more and brighter). Could add some USB ports for charging.

Very close to the blue metro line and restaurants along the port. A bit of a walk to everything else but if you want to take the metro it’s fairly easy. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathtub siding was broken and there were pieces of tile missing. We didn’t mind much because it didn’t affect our stay. The balcony view was nice to have. There is an area of Marseille north of the hotel that I would try to avoid, near the red metro line, but anywhere in the tourist areas you need to have reasonable caution with your property to avoid having phones, wallets, and passports stolen.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel, mainly because of the location to the office I’m working from but on both occasions the male receptionists have been rude and unhelpful. I reported to reception a number of issues with my room, TV remote not working, table lamp not working and the telephone not working. I was told that you have to pick up the phone and wait two minutes for it to work. (I have not comments on this) While this is still a nice hotel in a great location I don’t think it would use this again because of the staff.

Excellent, well-located hotel moments from the old port. I received a warm welcome from the friendly, helpful receptionist and was given a fabulous room. She said because I was trying to speak French! The in-room breakfast was a real treat, as were the L’Occitane toiletries. The stunning tall balconies with great views made the stay extra special.

Séjour d'une nuit déjà effectué il y a un an et demi lors d'un arrêt à Marseille. Chambre spacieuse avec demandes respectées, à côté du Vieux Port et de l'église (concert jusqu'après 23h et cloches le matin, ne m'ont pas dérangé parce que boules quies). Un hotel muy bien ubicado si vas de turista caminando llegas perfectamente desde la estación de tren. Nosotros fuimos solo una noche y estuvo bien. La habitación estaba muy limpia y muy amplia. Punto negativo el color de la habitación era un poco exótica y que el desayuno estaba muy desorganizado, se nota la falta personal que limpie la zona.
