The hotel was good! The pool and bar area are nice to have after exploring the city, especially on a hot summer day. The staff was good, nothing exceptional though. Would recommend to other tourists. Note that it is a 15 minute walk to get to the bustling areas of the Old Port.

Eines der besten Hotels in dem ich je war. Eine sehr gute Lage, um zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt zu kommen, aber schön ruhig. Das frühstücksbuffet war außergewöhnlich, alle Angestellten von Rezeption bis Barpersonal waren äußerst freundlich und professionell, die Ausstattung der Zimmer war hochwertig. Der schöne Pool mit ausreichend Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten war das Highlight. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Had a fabulous 4 night stay here. The photographs do not do the hotel justice. It is much nicer than we expected. We stayed in a standard room which was clean, comfortable and spacious. Although the brown curtains and bed throw gave it a bit of a corporate look. The public areas are excellent especially the terrace and pool areas. Lots of really comfy chairs/sofas/loungers and the pool is well stocked with towels. The staff are extremely pleasant, helpful and hardworking. There was a wide range of choices for breakfast. The restaurant, like many places in France is only open for lunch and dinner. It has a small but tasty Lebanese inspired menu. My one suggestion is to please change the glasses you use for 1/2 pints of draft beer. They are terrible. The hotel is very well located. 5 minutes walk from the beaches and about 20 minutes from the old port. Great for exploring Marseille on foot. Not sure if the hotel is accessible for wheelchair users.

Hôtel très bien placé, calme, très bien entretenu, du personnel très professionnel rien à redire. Seulement une chose à retravailler la propreté de la vaisselle du petit déjeuner qui laisse vraiment à désirer… (autant la vaisselle proposée au client est celle où les aliments sont présentés, jusqu’aux bouteilles d’eau en verre…) sinon rien à redire tout était parfait j’ai demandé un fer à repasser dans les 3 minutes qui ont suivis il m’a été apporté à ma chambre ! Efficacité et professionnalisme sont au rendez-vous.

Goede locatie met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het verwarmde buitenzwembad was ook fijn. De kamer was schoon, maar her en der wel onderhoudsbehoeftig. De airco leek de eerste twee dagen niet te koelen; gelukkig de volgende drie dagen wel, al lekte er toen wel vocht uit langs de toiletdeur op de grond. Het bed was oké. Fijn om een balkon aan een rustige straat te hebben.

We had a Terrace room, highly recommend. The balcony was huge. Beds were comfortable. There was a bit of street noise if you are a light sleeper. Reception staff were friendly and warm. Pool was fabulous after a day walking about. Easy walk to port or the beach. Plenty to eat nearby. Can’t wait to stay here again in future.

Nous avons rencontré un petit souci avec notre chambre à notre arrivée, mais l’équipe de l’hôtel a su gérer la situation avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de réactivité. Ils nous ont rapidement proposé une autre chambre, plus confortable, ce qui nous a permis de commencer notre séjour dans les meilleures conditions. Enorme problème de sonorisation avec impossibilité de dormir sans être réveillé par le mécanisme de l'ascenseur. Le service client n'est clairement pas à la hauteur. On nous a proposé de partir ou de nous downgrader en nous proposant une chambre avec un lit de camp. Je déconseille fortement !

Nous avons rencontré des problèmes lors de notre séjour. Nous avions 2 chambres. Il y a eu à plusieurs reprises un problème d'accès avec la carte magnétique au niveau de la porte d'entrée. Alors que nous avions récupéré notre chambre, un couple est rentré dans chambre, avec leur carte d'accès et le même numéro de chambre. L'une de nous sortait de la salle de bain. Très très limite pour un hôtel qui aurait 4 étoiles. Petit déjeuner décevant... La réaction de l'équipe décevante pour une compensation commerciale...nous sommes repartis sans compensation et des frais supplémentaires au niveau du parking malgré un pass donné par l'hôtel!!!!!

L'hôtel est bien placé à deux pas du cercle des nageurs et pas très loin du vieux port. Le personnel est très serviable et accueillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'établissement est très propre. Attention à l'entrée du Parking à côté de l'hôtel, si vous avez une voiture basse car elle n'est pas bien conçue et même à très faible allure, le bas de caisse touche et on abime sa voiture.

Très belles oeuvres dans et à l’extérieur de l’hôtel qui font rêver ! Chambre très fonctionnelle et réfrigérateur de belle dimension. Belle piscine (1.60 mètres de profondeur toute la longueur) ouverte de 8h00 à 20h00. Transats et parasols en nombre suffisant. Localisation excellente : à 10 minutes à pied de la plage des Catalans d’un côté et du théâtre de La Criée de l’autre. Boulangerie et pâtisserie bien garnie à quelques minutes à pied, de même qu’un Hypermarché (Casino). Bémols importants: le personnel de la terrasse est généralement peu aimable, voire grossier; nous sommes loin des attentes à cet égard, surtout si vous ne consommez pas. Attention à la surfacturation. Lisez votre facture avant de quitter : des petits-déjeuners – notamment - sont facturés, même si vous étiez absent(e)s de l’hôtel !

The breakfast room service was not served at time. I put the room service card on the room door at 9 pm and at 7 am it was always here. I had my breakfast at 7.45 am.

The staff at reception were very helpful. The hotel itself very pleasant but very limited for food options.. the onsite restaurant was very nice but not a great selection.Rooms nice and spacious . We were given a free vip drink voucher on the day of leaving, which should have been given day before, when we ordered the drink we were told it was only soft drinks or beer Think this should be stated at time of booking!
