Clean large room. Well maintained facilities. Multi language staff. Good breakfast. The only setback was that the gym was closed for 2 of the 3 nights i stayed at the hotel. Other then that everything was perfect.

We booked 5 nights and it was + 40°C outside, the room had AC units but they where not working, we could not stay for more then one night since it was too hot in the room. When we told the staff we where checking out early because of extreme heat in the room we got a big attitude from the staff. We payed for 5 nights but only stayed one, got no refund, also payed city tax for 5 nights and got no refund there either. The biggest issue was the attitude and hostility from the staff when my pregnant girlfriend told them it was too hot in the room. (The reception had AC so they where staying cool).

This hotel was pretty good, overall, but the AC wasn’t strong enough to keep the room cool. I was also grossed out that the bed didn’t have a protective mattress pad on it. It was literally just a flat sheet directly on top of the bare mattress with no waterproof barrier in between. On top of that, the flat sheet wasn’t big enough to tuck in under the mattress so it didn’t stay in place throughout the night. Not using fitted sheets on the bottom is one of my biggest pet peeves. I hate when it get loose and wrinkled under me.
