La proximité du centre ville à pied est un atout incontestable. En revanche le manque de parking nous oblige à prendre le parking de l'hôtel qui est à un tarif non négligeable, 11€/nuit. Je trouve cela un peu cher. Aussi la difficulté à récupérer la facture de l'hébergement. Je souhaiterai savoir comment avoir la facture de l'hôtel.

The hotel was conveniently located to the main city area which was great as we could walk and not have to use the car. The room was comfortable and large enough for 3. Beds were comfortable and the facilities good. Onsite laundry (at a cost) a bonus.

Excellent location. In easy walking distance if the old town and main tourist sites. Some very interesting cafes and eateries on the doorstep. The premises offer a nice lounge area and garden which was being redone unfortunately but obviously is a real asset in good weather. Rennes is a very interesting town and this is a good base fir a visit.

Parking and laundry facilities are available at extra charge. I believe they do have all this written down somewhere on the listing. Just be mindful.

Located in good position for exploring Rennes. Car park a bonus. Lady on reception friendly and helpful. This is basic accommodation. Reminded me of my son's student room. Our room was dated and very small. Not like the photos! There was a bad smell which we located from the kitchen sink so plugged it up. However the shower and wifi were good and bed comfy. It was quiet while we were there. Perfectly good for 1 night.

I liked that the beds were comfy, including the sofa bed! The studio was very clean and the bathroom of decent size. I didn't like that the studio was not as pretty and large as the one in the picture in Expedia. I think that it would be a great idea to see exactly what you are going to book. I would have liked to have a couple of instant coffe sachets included.

I have stayed in Aparthotels in Lyon, Bordeaux and Aix , all of which were superb. Sadly the Rennes hotel is not. The rooms are nothing like as nice as the photos used on their website and the firing, particularly the bathroom are old and worn out.

je réserve toujours chez vous lorsque je viens sur Rennes mais là mon arrivée à 21h30 avec fenêtre de la chambre ouverte avec 2°!!!! super comme arrivée douillette!!! le bouquet du lendemain matin: pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain!!! Personnel bienveillant mais aucune remise commerciale!!! Lors de mon prochain retour sur Rennes un éventuel petit déjeuner proposé! Je suis un peu refroidi!!! Cdt J.L.PRIVE

The hotel was conveniently located to the main city area which was great as we could walk and not have to use the car. The room was comfortable and large enough for 3. Beds were comfortable and the facilities good. Onsite laundry (at a cost) a bonus.

Located in good position for exploring Rennes. Car park a bonus. Lady on reception friendly and helpful. This is basic accommodation. Reminded me of my son's student room. Our room was dated and very small. Not like the photos! There was a bad smell which we located from the kitchen sink so plugged it up. However the shower and wifi were good and bed comfy. It was quiet while we were there. Perfectly good for 1 night.

Excellent location. In easy walking distance if the old town and main tourist sites. Some very interesting cafes and eateries on the doorstep. The premises offer a nice lounge area and garden which was being redone unfortunately but obviously is a real asset in good weather. Rennes is a very interesting town and this is a good base fir a visit.

Nous avons réservé un studio pour 2 nuits. Nous avions demandé à être côté jardin et effectivement c'était très calme. Le logement correspond bien à la description faite sur le site. Il n'est pas très grand mais fonctionnel avec son coin cuisine équipé qui nous a permis de faire chauffer des petits plats préparés et de garder de la nourriture au frais. Il possède une double porte qui isole aussi des bruits du couloir. Pour nous le lit manquait un peu de fermeté et n'était pas très large. Pour 2 nuits pas de ménage ou changement de serviettes mais on le savait et ce n'était pas gênant. Petit-déjeuner complet dont jus d'orange frais. Nous avons trouvé une place pour nous garer juste devant ! Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir rapidement gagner le centre-ville à pied. Pour nous ce sera une adresse à recommander pour un budget qualité/prix parfait !

I liked that the beds were comfy, including the sofa bed! The studio was very clean and the bathroom of decent size. I didn't like that the studio was not as pretty and large as the one in the picture in Expedia. I think that it would be a great idea to see exactly what you are going to book. I would have liked to have a couple of instant coffe sachets included.

Lidt dyrt for én person at bo her. Men alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse. Det fungerede fint med tjek-in og de få instrukser der skulle gives ved ankomst. God lille "lejlighed" med eget te-køkken. Sengen var rimeligt hård. Man kan sagtens høre hvad der snakkes om på de andre værelser, men ikke så slemt at det ødelagde nattesøvnen. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at råbe hurra for, men det var frisk og spiseligt.

Dejligt lejlighedskompleks med fine små lejligheder. Til prisen er det virkelig godt - rolig beliggenhed, kort gå afstand til restauranter - morgenmaden var virkelig god, stort udvalg og friskpresset juice. Det eneste minus var at sengen var lidt lille.

Großes sauberes Zimmer und Bad, kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Herd, Reinigung 1 x pro Woche, sauber. Personal sehr nett. Frühstück sehr gut, schöner, ruhiger Innenhof, in dem man sitzen kann. Zimmer zur Straße bei geöffneten Fenster zu laut, daher nachts nur bei geschlossenen Fenster zu schlafen, hier wäre ein Klimagerät von Vorteil. WLAN ok, manchmal ausgefallen.
