we paid four people for two rooms. However, there is only one very small bottle of shampoo and condition. not enough racks for towels. NO kitchen paper towels. Only one run detergent for clothes washer . No dryer so we have to hang clothes to dry. When we checked in, the Auto serve system can not find our booking, so we have to call their center.

Great location and friendly staff. I think you should consider investing in larger boilers so it’s possible for a couple to have hot showers one after the other. And also consider renovating the entrance hall, which doesn’t look great due to the rear entrances to the restaurants’ kitchens and the constant smell of food. Other than that it was great. Thanks.

Nice clean space, everything you need present, close to citycenter, quiet, huge terras on the rooftop. We realy enjoyed our stay there. Every morning very good coffee and delicious cinnamon rolls arround the corner.

Veldig fin ny opp pussa leilighet. Leier leielighter ca 25 uker i året. Dette var noe av det bedre:-) Akkurat her i Pedersgate var det myldrende liv uten for med mange restauranter, litt syden følelse, men kl 22.00 var det helt stille. Leiligheten ble oppgardert fra en mindre automatisk da denne den var ledig. Fantastisk service:-)

MUCHO Cuidado con este complejo de departamentos. No hay gente para el check in y debes esperar un mail 24 horas antes con tu clave de acceso. Yo no recibí el mail, y no me reconocía por nombre y apellido. Nadie atiende el teléfono de emergencias después de las 16 horas. Luego de 1 hora de intentar hacer el check in me tuve que retirar. Me han cobrado el NO SHOW. Mucho cuidado, nadie te protegerá y no tendrás a nadie para solucionarlo.

I had lots of trouble actually getting in the place with the instructions; fortunately, in the pouring rain a resident came along, let me in the place, then gave me helpful instructions for accessing my room. This type of property with no on-site person often presents problems in initial access.

Meget hyggelig pesonel både å kommunisere med ang info og insjekk. Vi hadde mye basgasje fra ikea og kom før tiden men ble møtt med en hyggelig mail så tilot oss og sjekke inn tidligere meget bra service! Så ved insjekk traff på en fra vaskepersonel som beklaget qt ikke hadde vasket et speil (som ikke jeg hadde bemerket selv);og dette er jo kun min egen feil som sjekket inn litt tidligere. Så bare jeg som bør beklage da. Men nei da smilende og hyggelige samtlige personal var i kontakt med der. 10 av 10 poeng! Service er så viktig for meg iallfall.

I called in to complain that the hallway outside my room was a building site as they were changing wiring and drilling in walls and I could barely talk over the phone over the insane noise. This was news to the host, they did not know about the work being done and could not answer when it would be done. Apart from that the app did not work to open the door, but I got help to print out a digital key on the reception machine. This also did not work at first, but easy to reach the host and let her fix and help from remote. A bit risky for me to stay there again as I travel for work and need peace and quiet during the day also, not just evening.
