We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was self contained and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and hospitable and when our room wasn’t quite ready for check-in, they offered us a late checkout. The bathroom was very spacious and whilst there wasn’t a great view from the small balcony, it was lovely to see lots of trees within the city. The bed wasn’t super comfy, but we brought this to their attention upon checkout. We paid for onsite parking as we wanted to see everything by foot. The only negative thing about the car park was the small, tight spaces. Good for small cars, not so much for a Ford Ranger.

Front desk service from Dominic ( I think ) was excellent nice young man who treated us politely and was very informative. Room was one bedroom roomy comfortable Kitchen with all that was needed, washing machine dryer and carpark available although found this expensive considering the price for the accommodation for the three nights we stayed. Location was good but I’m more an other side of City Rd person.

Excellent location in the heart of Melbourne. Easy walking distance to the tennis. Staff were helpful and friendly. There was a full kitchen with a good supply of equipment (even the often elusive plastic container to store things). A small local IGA is also around the corner. Cafe downstairs has wonderful food. Our only disappointment was that I'd booked for myself and my son. The room was advertised as catering for more than 2 people but only a queen bed was provided. I had to pay an additional $50 per night for a rollaway.

For proximity to the Melbourne Recital Centre this hotel cannot be beaten (but don't follow Google walking instructions, lol! I walked around the block in pouring rain doing that! Turn right out of front door not left!) Even though my room on this trip was on the first floor directly above the entrance, I was amazed how quiet my room was - no noise from other apartments or outside. Even sitting out on the tiny balcony was an enjoyable experience. The apartment I stayed in was spotlessly clean & included everything I might have needed convenience wise (dishwasher, washer & dryer, etc).

We stayed here for the Australian Open. It’s only a 10 minute walk from Melbourne Park, has an excellent IGA very near by, a lovely cafe at the bottom of the building, and is very well set up. We were on the 13th floor and it was pretty quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the fact that you could choose to have four single beds.

We stayed for a week to watch the tennis. Location couldn’t have been better. Close walk to Melbourne Park with unlimited bars and restaurants just a block away at Southgate along the river. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable except the bed. It sagged down in the middle and was quite springy. I would however, stay here again, as the location was so amazing and the apartment was nice.

We had a pleasant stay at this property for our vacation in Melbourne. The property (3br apartment) was clean and fairly spacious and the staff at the front desk were very helpful. The only complaint that we had was there was no one there when we checked out around 5am in the morning. The hotel posted a note on the reception door to call a local telephone number if checking out. We did that but it costed me international calling rates as we were from other parts of Asia. I think the hotel could have at least gave us a heads up the day before we checked out when we were booking a private car transfer through the front desk.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check out late, 12pm instead of 10am. Wifi worked really well. Had undercover secure undercover parking, which I could come and go from with the used of a fob. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Good location being close to Hamer Hall, Southbank and Flinders Station. Staff were very helpful with holding bags as we arrived very early and were leaving late the following day. Sent a message when apartment was ready as well.

Great 2br 2bth apartment for good price. Slightly further back from the river than I realised. Parking on site is super handy. We did however get a passive aggressive note on the windscreen of the car from Quest- about parking in a Quest guest allocated park without a yellow tag displayed. We never got given a yellow tag at check in. Room also smelt. Great cafe next door for breakfast.
