Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück sehr gut. Zur nächsten Metro nur ca. 10 min. Der Pool war ein großes Plus. Bisschen kompliziert war zu Beginn das Erreichen der Tiefgarage, da diese vom Gebäude nebenan, dem Mercure Appartement Hotel, zu erreichen ist. Wenn man es dann einmal weiß, ist es kein Problem. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer und es war ausreichend Platz.

Great location with metro and bus stops close by. We were told the parking had EV chargers but it did not which was a bit disappointing but just an error in communication. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hallways stank of tuna for some reason, they had a staff room in the corridor so perhaps he was warming up some food but it stank. The beds were really hard and I woke up with a back ache on all 3 mornings, there was hair on the coffee sachets and my daughter has woken up with bites on her back, arm and hands. So I'm not sure if that is due to bed bugs? For location and convenience, this hotel was great and the staff were great but I personally wasn't that impressed and would not return.

Very recommendable hôtel for children with bunk beds very comfortable, wide pool for relaxing and free water any time. Also conveniently located to reach within minutes major metro and train lines into the main attraction areas of Paris and Versailles. Fun games in the lobby for the children. All and all a great place to stay

This was our last stop during our two weeks in Europe and was by far the worse. Carpets were stained and extremely dirty. Our A/C never cool down below 80s and when they sent someone to fix it he stated that it takes several hours to cool but never once did it became cool after 3 days. Commute to tourist area took more than 30 min+ and at least a 10 min walk to metro or bus.

The breakfast looked amazing during the weekdays. Restaurant was closed on the weekends. The 4th floor smelled awful. The first time I noticed the smell, I thought my child had pooped on himself. The whole 4th floor maintained the odor.

The room was very small and the air conditioning was horrible. Every night was bad for sleeping even when we kept the AC on maximum. We complained about it a couple times but there was no resolution. The location was OK - close to subway access. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly but not so helpful. Not a lot of knowledge on the best way to get to places and no help on activities. I would say this is a hotel for business people, and not families. It was OK - but I would definitely not recommend it to any of my friends.

The main thing i didnt like about this property is that there is no air . They so call have air that you are "able to control" but we had on the lowest and was still hot in the room. Decent hotel overall but would not stay there during the Summer time since that isn\'t any air..

Room not very nice - very dirty carpets and very simple for EUR170 a night. Shower only thing good about hotel - they did offer upgrade but room still not clean looking and bed smaller !!!!

The hotel room was a bit dated, and stains on the carpets, but overall it was comfortable. I especially liked the wooden key cards. Be aware this is not in Paris itself, but still easy to get to. Overall a good stay. Breakfast was great!

This hotel is not too far from the underground metro station, so we didn't find it difficult to commute to central Paris. The room was clean, with comfortable beds. However, we were disappointed with the service at the reception. They were unprepared, lacked knowledge, and didn't seem to care much. It was pretty hot, and the AC was not functioning well in the room. It wasn't fixed, at least until the time we left the hotel, and numerous complaints to reception didn't make any difference. One could get a sense that the receptionist didn't care about the complaint and accepted the service level.

We decided to book for one night since we were on a 10 hours road trip with our two years old. Overall it was the perfect choice and location (it was on our way) not directly in the hustle area but close enough to the main attractions by metro. We even made a quick visit to the Eiffel Tower and around before continuing our trip. Raul at the reception was extremely nice and helpful!

The hotel itself is fine however there were a few things that spoilt the experience. For instnace, on approaching rhe hotel, there is a great big underground parking area. You cannot park securely any closer to the building. So i did, only to find out that the hotel's parking is behind the building with no markings etc. ergo extra parking charges tonuse bothe the public and hotel parking. The other issue was my ALL status which affirded me a welcome drink. The reception staff was kind enough to suggest that as i was travelling with kids, this would cover a drink for us all. Given that we were dining out, i decided to redeem the welcome drink against some orange juice. Only to be seized up suspiciously by the restaurant staff marched back to reception and for the voucher be cancelled in favour of just one welcome drink (even then, there seemed to be a huge amount of confusion as to why i would be swapping the voucher for orange juice instead of an alcoholic beverage)....all this in front of my kids for whom i was principally getting the drinks. Not so welcoming. Other than that, a fairly vanilla stay.

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage. Metro direkt um die Ecke, Restaurants und Supermärkte ebenfalls. Frühstück ist gut, es fehlen aus "deutscher" Sicht die Brötchen, ansonsten aber gute Auswahl mit Markenprodukten. Auf unserer Etage wurde mit Essig gereinigt, dass war nicht so angenehm, aber ertragbar. Hauptkritikpunkt war die lange Schlange beim einchecken, hier ist man mit max. 2 Personen leider für die Größe des Hotels unterbesetzt.

Of course, we checked in late at night, but I expected no less than excellent service from a four-star hotel. The staff were wonderful, warm smiles and very helpful. The hotel was lovely nice big room very unusual for Paris I’m told. Although it was quite a distance from the city centre, the railway station was a 3 minute walk away. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Paris.

The location is excellent and the hotel itself is very nice. Staff is helpful and the breakfest very well served with lots of options. Food is delicious. From this location it’s easy to go everywhere in Paris. Very quiet area in a busy neighborhood. The plaza right in front of the hotel is good for kids to play or for you to sitdown and enjoy the outdoor quietness. It’s a cul-de-sac. There’s no traffic at all. There’s also an outdoor playgroubd steps away for the kids. The hotel also offers some gaming in the lobby (baskebal, table tennis, mini golf, etc). There’s also a nice lounge besides the lobby and a good restaurant in the hotel. Overall, an excellent experience. I highly recommend anyone coming to Paris to lodge at the Mercure.

Das Frühstück ist für ein internationales 4 Sterne Hotel nicht ok. Qualität der Speisen prima, Darreichungsform katastrophal: viel zu enge Gänge, wenig Platz für zu viele Leute, ALLES macht man selbst, sogar die Eier... das ist schrecklich, weil man ewig warten muss und alles blockiert im Gang. Das Personal füllt nur spärlich nach, Gäste schmeißen Sachen auf den Boden und legen es einfach zurück ... niemanden interessiert es! Badezimmer (Premiumzimmer) stand wg fehlender Duschlippe nach dem Duschen unter Wasser. Dementsprechend war der Zustand des Bades.... schade. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden. Für 3 Nächte kann man mit den Mängeln leben. Diese wären eigentlich leicht zu beheben ;-)

Meget små værelser som bære præg af at være gamle og slidte. Vinduet var piv utæt og det hylede når det blæste. Morgenmadsrestauranten var et kaos. Det bedste ved dette hotel var den tjener der var i aftensmadsrestauranten. Om eftermiddage. Blev der drikke og måske mere i området omkring hotellet af de lokale så det virkede ikke så trygt.
