Needs an urgent update. Dietary requirements weren’t able to be met at breakfast. How do you not have lactose free milk? Also shared sugar is unsanitary and probably the reason why I’ve gotten sick after my visit. Heater was very loud and woke me up with its constant clicking noises. The mattresses are old sunken and worn. Some good points though. Loved the Bridgerton styling in my room. Very pretty for the right audience. Plenty of space in the honeymoon suite. Again heating problems in there too. Friendly helpful concierge. Your deep high backed chairs in the lobby need cushions for women who can’t sit comfortably in them at all. Other than that very convenient location for weddings and all the guests were lovely and polite. Very pretty decor for photos!
