Todo muy bien, está ubicado a unos pasos de un centro comercial. El baño muy bonito y amplio. Las camas estaban algo flojas, pero pasables. El único detalle fue que a la puerta del elevador le falla el sensor para cerrar y se cerró cuando iba entrando mi hijo, golpeándolo en la cabeza al cerrar.

You could not ask for better staff at a hotel. The ladies working the front counter were brilliant and deserve a raise. The hotel however is very old and rundown. Signs have faded on the highways so bad, you don’t know if it is a holiday inn. The floor boards are falling apart, bathroom fixtures are broke. I would suggest new ownership or remodel the hotel.

Hotel sencillo, bien cuidado, habitación limpia y mobiliario nuevo. El hotel se encuentra cerca de una autovía y se escuchó algo el tráfico desde la habitación, desconozco si será común a todas las habitaciones. Se puede ir caminando a un centro comercial cercano con multitud de tiendas y restaurantes, así como a una estación de tren. El desayuno tipo buffet es completo, y la atención del personal de cocina y de recepción muy buena.

It's okay for the money, but advertising said that it had air-conditioning. It does, but they do not turn it on until May. They did give us a fanas if you opened the windows too noisy, car noise all night

The property was in a great location near two malls that make ones in the US look old. Due to the extreme heat during our stay, the A/C wasn’t up to the task so the room was always very hot, but they provided a fan so that helped. The room was small so with three people it was a bit tight. Overall it served its intended purpose. The provided breakfasts were great.

Hotel in periferia, collegato al centro con autobus e con la linea di treni Cercanias. Per raggiungere il centro bisogna prendere 2 mezzi di trasporto diversi e il viaggio dura quasi un'ora. Attorno all'hotel non c'è nulla a parte un supermercato. Hotel nella media, la nostra stanza quadrupla era piccola e senza frigobar. La colazione è di tipo internazionale, non ricchissima ma sufficiente. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono.

Overall, comfortable stay with friendly staff and great breakfast. However, a few issues: 1. Water is extremely hot and scalding 2. Wait for the counter to give another room for shower, waited more than 20 minutes and went down to ask room key to shower 3. Did not sound apologetic 4. 2 to 3 times, there were staff come in my room without knocking and permission but they did apologised. Where is the privacy?

Hotel con instalaciones modernas y muy cuidadas, muy limpio, cama y almohadas muy cómodas, el baño tb muy bien, el desayuno estaba muy bien y no con muchísimas cosas, pero variedad de bollería, galletas, leches vegetales, yogures bio, embutidos, cereales y cafés muy buenos aunque fuesen de maquina bueno, bueno. Y el personal de recepción excelente, nos dejaron hacer check -in antes y el último día que salíamos a las 5 de la mañana nos ofrecieron y pusieron el desayuno a esa hora, y había de TODO. La verdad MUY CONTENTOS Y ALTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE. Del centro de Madrid está a 15 minutos de taxi (14€), te lo llaman de recepción y llega en 4 ó 5 minutos, muy buen servicio.

Excellent breakfast and clean roon...the building as seen lots of traffic. Near the highway. Near the Tres Aguas shopping center with plenty of restaurants and even a supermarket. Taking the Metro to Madrid was suoer easy!

Very clean, excellent customer service but kind of far from downtown, if you plan to use the metro, the station is about 7 minutes walking. If you have a car they have plenty of parking and is a safe area, we explore the city of Alcorcón, we had a nice run at the park and enjoyed some of the local and traditional food and tapas!
