Me gustó la atención en cierta manera pero realmente, demasiadas habitaciones y poco parking, deberían indicar que si llegas tarde, no tendras sitio para aparcar y deberás ir fuera del recinto, la tarjeta de entrada a la habitación, falla mucho, faltan tronas de bebés, 157 plazas y 1 trona. La verdad, no creo que vuelva en este hotel, he informado a mi primo, que es el encargado de Francia de la cadena IBIS.

Estuve muy a gusto y tranquila no se escuchaba nada. No me gusto que no habia servicio de habitaciones y el secador no funcionaba. El desayuno nada de otro mundo pero 17 euros es un poco robo para lo que ponen en él.

El aire acondicionado nunca enfrió el cuarto. La cama solo tenia la sabana puesta y no la ropa de cama. La puerta de la habitación no funcionaba al primer intento. Los huevos duros del desayuno era ácidos y el huevo revuelto sospechosamente no tenia textura de huevo.

Nel complesso sufficiente. Mi è stata assegnata una camera diversa da quella prenotata e ho dovuto chiedere il cambio. La chiave/tessera per entrare creava problemi per l'apertura della porta. Viene dato solo un asciugamano grande per ospite. Per raggiungere la struttura dopo la mezzanotte ho dovuto prendere un taxi perché la strada dalla stazione della metropolitana più vicina non mi sembrava sicura.

Todos los trabajadores del hotel son siempre muy serviciales y simpáticos, además de que los servicios que se ofrecen están muy bien, no creo que en todos lados sea así, y en relación precio-calidad está muy bien. La única pega que le pondría sería que no está en una zona muy transcurrida, por lo demás excelente.

I travel a lot and normally I like the Ibis hotel service, BUT I dont recommend the Ibis Alcorcon, the staff at the reception is really harsh, I even got to see one of the staff at the restaurant screaming at one guest because she took one piece of bread out when leaving the buffee.. and is ok to claim when is a rule but not like that humilliating the person in front of people.... and dont even try asking about surroundings or how to get a bus ...a real challenge the staff in this hotel is really rude

Para alojarse y pasar la noche de forma económica y sin tener que quedarse a dormitar en la propia ciudad de Madrid es una opción recomendable. Dispone de un centro comercial (Tres Aguas) cercano (1,5 km). El alojamiento bastante limpio y personal amable. Ideal si te alojas en la zona de Madrid para hacer noche y continuar un viaje largo.

Good Hotel for the price, about 20 min from the city of Madrid in bus which stop is like 5 min away and to drop you off if right in front of hotel on the way back. Rooms are decent but not modern but will do the job. Breakfast is decent for an extra 8euros per person, but staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall satisfied costumer

This is a great option near the highway if you have an overnight stop. Close enough to walk to a shopping mall with loots of restaurants and shops. Free curb side parking. Great full breakfast!.

I travel a lot and normally I like the Ibis hotel service, BUT I dont recommend the Ibis Alcorcon, the staff at the reception is really harsh, I even got to see one of the staff at the restaurant screaming at one guest because she took one piece of bread out when leaving the buffee.. and is ok to claim when is a rule but not like that humilliating the person in front of people.... and dont even try asking about surroundings or how to get a bus ...a real challenge the staff in this hotel is really rude
