2e keer dat we hier verbleven . Alijd goed ontbijt buffet goed met wafel ijzer om zelf te bakken. Eenigste nadeel was dat de enigste lift stuk was. Wij hadden een kamer op de 3e etage het personeel deed een beetje onverschillig zo van ja de de lift is stuk pech dus

Doppelzimmer, 1 Doppelbett (New Sleep Easy Concept): Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Das Bett war super hart, die Kissen (nur 1 pro Person) dafür viel zu weich. Wer mit Rückenschmerzen aufwachen möchte, ist hier richtig. Die Klimaanlage ist total veraltet, Temperaturregelung nicht möglich. Sie schien nur kurz zu laufen. Mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen war auch keine Option, da die Züge die ganze Nacht gefühlt direkt am Zimmer vorbei fuhren. Das halbe Parkhaus war gesperrt, wir hatten Glück, einen der engen Parkplätze zu bekommen.

The elevators were broken. We were given a dirty room, and had to navigate back to the front desk. Front desk acted like it was an inconvenience to find us a clean unused room. I did not want to shower, the towels were stained. The beds and pillows are like rocks. The room was small, and warm in a great location. Parking is easy!

The location for the property was excellent, easy to get to from the train station (HBF), and there were many good bars/restaurants within minutes walk. The area was quiet too. The elevator was sporadic. Also a few times the doors from the stairs were open/accessible to anyone.

An excellent location if you want to be near Alster Lake or the train station. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was fine (average). The rooms were very small (as advertised) and the was no room service nor gym and luggage storage only for a fee. Overall an OK hotel.

Wir waren für vier Nächte im Ibis Hotel. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Reinigung jeden Tag. Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof, etwa 10min zu Fuß. Die Züge kann man leider dadurch auch hören, bei geschlossenen Fenster war es allerdings ruhig. Obwohl das Hotel recht gut besucht war, war es allgemein sehr ruhig in dem Hotel. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war spitze, alles da was das Herz begehrt. Zum trinken gab es Kaffe, Tee, Säfte und Wasser. Man konnte selbst Waffeln backen, ein Waffeleisen stand bereit. Brot, Brötchen, Eier, Rührei, Speck etc. wer hier nicht satt wird ist selbst Schuld. Lage ist Perfekt. 5min zur Alster. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Warum das Hotel nur 2 Sterne hat ist mir ein Rätsel.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und modern eingerichtet. Ausgenommen das Bad, dieses ist sehr klein. Die Ausstattung ist fast schon minimalistisch. Die Dusche, in unserem Fall, müsste besser geputzt und gepflegt werden. Diese war grenzwertig.

La habitación no estaba muy limpia que digamos. Repetimos estancia porque el año pasado estuvimos muy cómodas en él. La limpieza no fue nada bien. Tampoco la comodidad de la cama ni de las almohadas. Quizá les haga falta una remodelación. Finalmente, hice la reserva con una tarjeta y pagué con otra, y me dicen que tendrán retenido mi dinero durante 3 semanas, o un mes, algo que me parece del todo inaceptable. Poca seriedad. Falta de limpieza. Poca comodidad

Does what it does on the tin.Rooms at the back level 5 near the lift are very noisy at night.You hear the lift then when that stops you hear the trains on the track at the rear. Staff very good when we asked to change rooms and there was no problem in doing so.

Reinigungskraefte sollten kontrolliert werden, zimmer taeglich gereinigt werden, vor allem bad, einmal toilettenspuelung und neue handtuecher nicht ausreichend. Andere ibis hotels sind wesentlich besser gefuehrt.

Die Alster ist vom Hotel zu sehen und nur ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Auch das Alsterhaus und den Jungfernstieg kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke und somit gibt es eine super Verkehrsanbindung.

The location for the property was excellent, easy to get to from the train station (HBF), and there were many good bars/restaurants within minutes walk. The area was quiet too. The elevator was sporadic. Also a few times the doors from the stairs were open/accessible to anyone.

An excellent location if you want to be near Alster Lake or the train station. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was fine (average). The rooms were very small (as advertised) and the was no room service nor gym and luggage storage only for a fee. Overall an OK hotel.

My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent only about a 10-minute walk from the central station and roughly 10–15 minutes on foot to the main shopping street and Rathaus Square. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety ranging from fresh waffles to the classic bacon and eggs. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Overraskende godt budgethotel i centrum af Hamborg. Jeg havde booket et værelse til min far og jeg til en koncert tur .. og vi havde valgt dette hotel dels pga prisen og overvejende pga beliggenheden. og Ibis Hamburg Alster Centrum skuffede på ingen måde ..... utroligt nemt at køre til, med gode parkeringsforhold i deres parkeringskælder .... pæne værelser ... ikke så store .... men vi kom jo heller ikke til Hamborg for at sidde på værelset :) Kun 150 meter fra Banegården, hvilket var perfekt da vi kunne tage s-toget til koncerten ... og gåafstand til det hele. Sidst men ikke mindst overraskede morgenbuffeten positivt ..... jeg har oplevet mange forskellige standarder for morgenbuffet ..... specielt iblandt budgethoteller ... men der manglende intet her ... en rigtig fin start på dagen .. Vil uden tvivl benytte dette hotel igen til vores næste koncerttur :)

A. Great location if you just got off at the Haupbahnhoff, the main train station. An easy 3-5 minute walk with rolling luggage across from the famous Hotel Atlantic. B. The staff was friendly. C. I added the breakfast when booking the room. Plentiful all-u-can-eat buffet with healthy foods. Choices from Eggs and bacon (German style) Muesli and cereals. Fresh rolls, breads, butter, jams, cold cuts Pancake/waffle maker All kinds of machine made coffees or late s. Teas, juices, etc Fresh fruit and more It makes sense to add this to your bill 19€ since the street doesn’t have restaurants next to it. You would have to walk to the other side of the Hauptbahnhof to get to those places (20 minutes walk). EST there and start your day after you go back to your room and brush your teeth after the buffet. D. Rooms for one person (myself) was good enough for two. A very basic hotel, but well situated and with good breakfast. A few minutes walk to the main railway station and chief museums, 15 min walk to the city center. When one opens the widow at night it's noisy because of traffic and a railway nearbay, when the window is closed, ac is extremely weak. Otherwise it's OK.
