In need of serious refurbishment Holes in walls, fitments lose, shower head was dirty and needs replacing - beds extremely uncomfortable, no bin in bathroom for sanitary items which was horrible. A lot further away from Wembley than advertised, a budget hotel which was still overpriced for what you got - would never stay there again.

Incredibly lovely and welcoming staff. Very modern bathrooms. Fan supplied in the room which was very welcomed in this heat. Ideal for getting to Wembley arena

Absolutely would not recommend. I arrived late at night with a confirmed booking and was then told over WhatsApp that I needed to send an extra £50 deposit plus around £40 in fees before they would even let me into the property. None of this was clearly stated on the booking site beforehand. What made it worse was that they refused to let me come inside and pay there. As a solo female traveller, being left outside at night in the cold being asked to transfer money over WhatsApp felt extremely sketchy and uncomfortable. I genuinely did not trust the situation at all. The whole check in process felt unprofessional and stressful and I ended up leaving because I no longer felt safe staying there. I expect better from Expedia as well to host such a place on their site. Will be very hesitant to use this company again after 10 years of loyalty it really has gone downhill.
