The home contains a hose in the back patio that can be used for washing off sand after a day at the beach. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. For the comfort of all residents in our community, NO noise audible outside the house after 10pm and before 8am. NO additional guests or visitors on the property other than those who have booked. NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises (including enclosed porches).
