3 moms stayed at this property for mom's weekend. It was absolutely perfect. It is beautiful inside and the outdoor spaces were amazing. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great so we didn't get to spend much time outside. The location couldn't have been better. Short walk to Dickson street. We are hoping to book this home again in the future. We all loved it!

Great house for a group of friends to hang out. Pretty quiet neighborhood and an easy Lyft ride to most places. Large open kitchen floorpan and both upstairs balcony and downstairs patios were excellent for socializing. Would def stay here again.

This place is great! 3 different outdoor seating areas, 3 cute and comfy bedrooms with great bathrooms, wonderful kitchen and seating area, and within walking distance to several restaurants. Attached parking was great too! My son was visiting of U of A on a tour. This was a perfect launching spot for our visit. So modern and fun - great vibes! Thanks again for opening your home to our family!

Our family was in town for a college visit for only one night, but we wanted something roomy and convenient for checking out town square as well as U of A campus. The house was perfect for our visit with 3 teens and 2 adults. Bedrooms are roomy and comfy and having 3 bathrooms was super convenient which is why we didn't go a hotel. Carport parking was fantastic and it opens right up to main level kitchen for easy unloading. Great location, teens were able to walk to town square for shopping. However, it is by a busy intersection if you were there w/ pets fyi. The yard is completely fenced in, but the fence is not high if you have a jumper. Just a heads up for pet people. We didn't wind up taking our dogs as initially planned. Overall, great property as we would stay there again!

The house was perfect for our girls' getaway weekend. It was pristine & well-decorated, just like in the photos. We really enjoyed hanging out in the various outdoor spaces. The location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here if I ever visit Fayetteville again.

We had a short mid week trip to Fayetteville to stay with our daughter who was having a minor surgery. The property was clean. Check in process was easy-the code given to us before check in didn’t work, but property management was on top of things and got us a new code without delay. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need for utensils, dinnerware, etc. The bedrooms were roomy and the mattresses were comfy. The only criticism I have of the property, and it’s very minor, is the uncovered transom windows. The sun comes in bright and early! Great property and we’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home, location, and host! We couldn’t have asked for anything more for our long weekend getaway. The Local is within walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee spots. Looks just like the pictures, a very relaxing space indoors and out. The property manager was easy to communicate with and responsive. Really enjoyed our stay!

This property is a short walk to the square with shopping and dining for the family. It has a short walk to Arsagas (brunch) and Fayetteville's Taco and Tamale for Dinner. Of course the obligatory stop at Hugo's for burgers is a must. The house had everything we needed and provided a great space to visit with our Razorback.

We absolutely loved the property's location. We were able to walk to just about every place we wanted to visit, including restaurants. We appreciated the modern look and layout of the house as well. I only wish we had taken more advantage of the large dining table in the kitchen and that the weather had been warmer to enjoy the outdoor spaces. The street is fairly quiet, which is a big plus.
