Everything was out of order. The pool, the ice machine. If you requested anything for the room it took 45-1hour to get the items. Example: needed ice as the ice machine was out of order on our floor, had to call second time, it arrived 45 min later. We couldn’t even have our drinks as it was time for us to leave. Same thing when we requested towels. 45 min later arrival.No fans in the bathroom. Not worth the money you are paying for the stay.

Everything was great! Except the last night we could hear very loud music from the ballroom we’re assuming until about 1am which was a little disappointing but overall excellent!

Fairmont Vancouver is one of my top favourite hotels we have ever stated at- other than loud noise in the room next door and in the hallways, this hotel is phenomenal!

We had a wonderful stay on either end of a week of skiing in Whistler BC. The breakfast is phenomenal, location was very convenient to the Whistler Epic shuttle, and the staff was very helpful getting us an early morning transfer to the airport when we had to fly home. We'll be back!
