Staff service was excellent. Friendly and capable. Suite very generous in size. Some really nice touches in the room. Common spaces nice. Feels new. Parking easy. Property itself is not easily walkable to the downtown. We drove in but I’m guessing you could ride share too. Outside seating on the patio with the fire pit was a nice option. 4.5 stars

The bar staff was unprepared with plasticware to bring drinks to the pool. They actually didn’t have anything and weren’t sure what to do. The pool is fine but small for the venue.

Rooms are nice, bathrooms are huge. Pool closes very early and is very small. Bar was nice. Very long and gets very busy very fast whenever there's a work conference going on. Food wasn't terrible but only had "bar" food. Parking lot is huge. Huge

Everything we were looking for in a weekend getaway. We were disappointed the pool was very cold and the sauna wasn’t working but it was September so the cold pool wasn’t really a shocker! Everything else was top notch: friendly staff, comfy bed, outdoor patio with firepits. Didn’t get to try the restaurant or bar but imagine they are also excellent! Highly recommend!

Arrived at our room to find many dead bugs on the windowsill, thick layer of dust on all surfaces, smudges on the shower glass. Staff apologized and offered to clean the room immediately but we declined and they gave us a full refund. Hard to believe the room had been cleaned in months. Almost seemed like it was a room that was never used since even basic cleaning would have been better. The staff were really nice and tried to make things better but we had instantly decided to stay somewhere else. Also lobby is very small and poorly set up making it difficult to check and out.

The staff was super friendly and nice, it is a beautiful place but there was hair on the bathroom floor and the room was way too bright with all the electronics, blinking lights and thermostat. Had a hard time sleeping.

This is a beautiful new property conveniently located near downtown Saratoga Springs. I believe there are challenges with house keeping and maintenance of the hotel that if not addressed in a timely manner, will negatively impact its continued success.

Rooting for them to make a go of this recently renovated hotel, but the experience was not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. We had a corner room on a busy street and there was a lot of street noise that could be improved with double-paned windows. The room needed dusting, there was no bath gel in the shower, the walls are thin so could hear our 'neighbors', the kitchen floor needed a sweep, not terrible, but not without crumbs, and worst of all was the refrigerator which was very dirty. There was a slight smell of cooked food as though someone had been eating in there recently.

Hotel looked nice and clean when we checked in, no issues with check in. The room was nice, but not super clean. Cob webs in a couple spots, there was a smudge on the window, maybe from someone getting close and looking out and their nose pressed against the glass. The in room fridge was warm, I could not adjust the temp, the display said 18, Celsius or Fahrenheit I don't know. But when I tried to turn it down it went back to 18. Bags of ice in there did keep the beer cold, thankfully. The shampoo dispenser was empty. I did notice the room rate was 100 less for my nights than what I prepaid a couple months ago. But that happens, I get it. But it hurt because of the poor condition of the room and amenities.

While this hotel reopened under new management/owner a few months ago, the scratches on the walls and the elevator made it look weathered. While almost empty, I was put in a wheelchair accessible room---which I do not need at this juncture, thankfully----AND it was at the far end of the hallway. This is a long trajectory for someone who is mobility impaired. In addition, it is right next to a LOUD ice machine which no guest wishes to hear. Dogs are allowed and you can hear them---when their owners leave them while they go to dinner. There are several improvements that could be made to the rooms. Absolutely need overhead lighting in the bedroom area, too dim otherwise. The wine cooler/fridge is VERY LOUD and goes all night long----not worth such an expense. A basic fridge would suffice. They wish to charge a daily resort fee---but there is no resort. It is a hotel off a main road, that is it. While it has been remodeled and modernized, such fees are pointless. It is about a 10 min drive from downtown Saratoga Springs.

I was put in a room that basically sits on top of the highway. Room 201. Cars and trucks driving by all night and early morning. Not the peaceful and comfortable stay that I was looking for in Saratoga. I feel like I’m in the city with the turnpike passing through. This should have been disclosed or at least the charge should not be the same as the other rooms.

Room and bathroom was nice, but the temp was locked - too hot, and the WiFi was poor. We’re local, just a quick overnight as my daughters are home from college. I was happy with the room, except for the temp and sketchy WiFi. Overall, I liked it.

Learned the hard way they don’t offer housekeeping services to multi-night guests unless you request it( check-in person didn’t say a word about it). So I requested it — three times — and still got nothing. I was offered $100 refund for my troubles — until they realized I booked thru hotels.com. Then they said it was on me to call hotels.com and request it. (Just what I wanted on vacation.) Hotels used to be about hospitality. For $300+ per night you think someone could come and empty the wastebasket, replace the dirty coffee mug, and freshen the bed. No such luck here. Won’t be back until the staff is trained and this stupid policy changes.

This is a beautiful hotel with an incredibly kind, accommodating staff. The front desk manager, Amy, was extremely kind and went out of her way to make sure we had an amazing stay. Additionally, the other staff were also very kind and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel!

Beautiful new hotel. When we got there our room wasn’t ready. Check in was 4:00, didn’t get in room till 5:00. No turndown service or maid to be found anywhere. Only one roll of toilet paper in room, couldn’t find anymore anywhere. The pool and grounds are beautiful as is the restaurant/bar, but for the price, service has to be much better and hotel needs to be properly staffed.

It was a last minute trip stay in Saratoga. This hotel is a boutique style fairly new. It is in a great location close to the northway and close to the racetrack if attending during racing season. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

Front desk staff are excellent ( friendly and helpful). Hotel is very clean and great amenities. I wasn't satisfied with the cleaning crew though bec coffee and bottled water were not replenish. Used glasses and cups were not cleaned. Although the location is not in city center but it is only a 10-15 min ride to the center/ shopping and dining areas.

3 friends enjoying a weekend away. The hotel is lovely and our room was very comfortable. Weddings onsite prevented us from being able to enjoy the outside patio but luckily the pool was still open. While small, it was clean and warm, which we did get to utilize. We ate lunch at the restaurant which was very tasty, but a bit pricey, so we opted to eat the rest of our meals in town. The location is great. A five minute drive from many shopping and dining options. We walked around town and thoroughly enjoyed all there was to see. We barely scratched the surface of all the activities in the area.

Lovely new hotel on the outskirts of Saratoga Springs. Good restaurant & bar, clean spacious rooms & a friendly staff. Still working out a few kinks but priced very well against in town locations & only 10 minutes away. Well worth a stay if you're going to explore the area.

Great weekend getaway for the family. Hotel was beautiful and room was very comfortable. Restaurant breakfast was delicious. A couple areas of improvement: - I had spoken to hotel manager about having a brownie in the room by 5pm for my wife’s birthday. We came back around 7pm with no brownie. I called front desk who said they would bring it right up, but it was 8:30pm by the time they brought it up. They were very nice and even comp’d me, but it was a letdown to not have the surprise ready. - the parking lot was not plowed whatsoever. It looked like it had recently snowed, so some snow and slush was to be expected. But it didn’t look like any part of parking lot was properly plowed.

Unfortunately, the free breakfast fell short of expectations. There was no toaster oven to warm the bagels, no water offered—just coffee, basic bagels, and croissants. It would be great to see a few improvements to make the experience more enjoyable. Our room was not cleaned until we returned in the afternoon and asked the housekeeping staff to clean it. The spa had no services available as no therapists on site.

Excellent experience. Bed comfy. Food at the restaurant was spectacular we ate.at the bar the 1st night had a happy hour special which was a Regent Burger with fries. So delicious.We also had breakfast/brunch there on the day we left amazing. The staff was also very friendly. My only complaint was that the room have glasses or an ice bucket I consider that an oversight. The other thing that.i didn't care for was no housekeeping during our stay, I realize since COVID most places don't provide it but I wasn't the only guest complaining about that, we met a couple during our stay commenting about it. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. Away from the hustle and bussel of the downtown and quiet, but close enough to enjoy the area. All the staff work hard and all with a smile, they took the time to make us feel special.

We weren’t able to use the showers because of the low pressure and it would only stay on scalding hot. We were disappointed in the lack of breakfast options and lack of coffee and tea. They don’t offer a complementary breakfast on Saturdays, which we were surprised about as well. On the plus side, they reimbursed the resort fee when asked. The accommodations looked new and tasteful.
