Nice large apartment. Good location and condition. Quiet and relaxing. Would stay again. Has everything you need. There are stairs to access, so not great for prams or wheelchairs. Garage and carport which is nice. It was really cold at night, slept with 2 jumpers in early May. Could have done with two towels for the shower rather than one. Bit of a pain you have to take your rubbish out at the end of your stay when you’re juggling kids, but that’s part of the rules. Overall great experience.

Location and apartment were great. We had a lovely mid-winter break. I chose the property because it had a heated pool and spa. Unfortunately the spa was not working and the heating did not seem to be on in the pool. Otherwise the stay was great.

Property was great. Staff were very kind, only minor complaint is that pool area was mediocre. We stayed in June so possibly not pool season for selling we’re Canadian and kids were excited for pool, but it and spa were pretty dirty -lots of bugs and leafs. I suspect it’s in better shape summer season when more than the odd Canadian use the area :) rooms were clean and well stocked.

Booked through Expedia in October for a December/January four night peak stay. Paid in full and had all relevant receipts and confirmation details which were correct. Arrived to be told that the reservation could not be honoured and they did not have a room for us! Reservation was visible on their Expedia portal but did not translate to their internal booking system. Thankfully Ian was so helpful in finding us alternate accommodation in the busiest week of the year but had there been nothing available we would have been on a flight home!

Very friendly staff, beautiful location. The local community are very friendly. Me and my siblings stayed there for 5 nights and we had an amazing time. Restaurants right outside, nice walk to the main beach or you can just walk straight down to the bengali beach. Night life is really good and everything is near by. Definitely recommend for families.
