The fitness area was a shock. I went to the floor initially marked for the fitness area, but I found myself at construction site with no context. Reception was kind of enough to point the way to the temporary fitness area, but it would’ve have been better if they mentioned this when we initially checked-in the day of our arrival.

Hotellet var absolut lækkert. Flot stand, dejligt værelse med fantastisk udsigt. Eneste minus var, at poolområdet var lukket og det derfor ikke kunne benyttes. Skybaren laver fantastiske drinks. Hotellet vil jeg klart vende tilbage til, hvis byen skal besøges igen.

The hotel itself is beautiful. I booked a room with a lounge access which was a big waste of money. The lounge was terrible. Nothing to eat during the day. Cakes cost extra money as if it’s not enough the extra money I paid to have access to the lounge. A big disappointment.

5 star hotel, no more no less. Good location, awesome breakfast, great view, comfortable beds. Very small pool for the size of the property, very limited and super expensive parking. Very busy area around the hotel. Overall very nice place to stay but I personally think Warsaw have better options.

Yes, this is old hotel and need some refurbishment of their rooms. However, the staff, food, location is exceptional - there is no doubt about the 5* rating and price to the quality. The views from the restaurant on 2nd floor during breakfast, or if You choose Panorama Sky Bar on 40th floor are incredible. On top of that there is brand new SPA/GYM facilities ran by third party company called OMNI, however included in the room price - it is simply amazing!

The hallway carpets were stained. The bed was worn out and lumpy. The bathroom drain was super slow draining. The towels are old and coarse. The newly installed thermostat wasn’t working properly and was constantly blinking throughout the night. The large screen tv was awesome, but the connection to the cable system was dysfunctional. I called maintenance and he came to fix it but shortly after he left it conked out again. The hotel was sold by Marriott and I see why. They realized it would cost too much money to fix everything. Great location though, nice lobby but the room was dated and flawed.

Pros: Front desk support was great. Cleaning ladies were super accommodating Pool area was great. Room views are great. 40th floor wonderful. Cons: #1 Netflix on TV doesn't work, terrible TVconnection with YouTube on TV that keeps lagging a minute every five. #2 Bathroom drain clogged up the whole stay #3 In room service messed up. Said it will be an hour wait , called 1.5 later to find out the order was never given to the kitchen, they made a pizza in ten minutes and it was terrible eat. #4 gym equipment is just bad

I first stayed here 15 years ago and since then it has sadly been in decline. It's still a great place to stay but it's tired needs renovating. The gym has old kit and not much to be honest..The rooms are a great size but I feel could do with decoration and more attention to cleaning the bathrooms..I am seriously fussy so many people.may not agree with me, but Marriot has just lost that edge. It could be amazing and it's not. Staff are brilliant.

Well this was a tired 5 star hotel. The lobby was gorgeous and it felt exclusive but once you entered the lifts it felt like going 30 years back in time. Even worse going into the room. Carpets in hotel rooms are nasty and so outdated. The furniture was outdated and the bed had a freakin pee sheet on it. I was wondering why I felt so icky and sweaty. Just to figure out I was laying like a baby on a plastic pee sheet. It felt awful. Even tho everything was outdated, everything still was in good condition. The view saved it even tho we got “the bad side”. The pool and hot tubs was a nice feature but again it felt like going back in time. Holy moly. Also it should’ve been age restricted after 6 pm or so. Didn’t feel relaxing at all with a lot of kids. The bar at the top was a waste of time. Almost no seats next to the windows so you could barely enjoy the view. Very odd placement of the bar area blocking the entire view. Overall it was an ok stay. We didn’t try the breakfast. Way to expensive. But the location was great. Close to everything you need. But I won’t be booking this again as you could have a better experience across the road at the newer hotels like NYX.

A view from our room was amazing but the room needs updating. Our kettle did not work and it was replaced with a new one when asked. There was also an issue with the radiator. Our request for a room in a higher floor was accommodated and thank you for that. Breakfast was very good with an option of made to order omelettes. A bar on the top rather old, dark and very expensive like god Warsaw, although drinks were very good. Spa - nice but very busy with plenty of kinds. If you want it less busy go there between 12noon - 2 pm or after 7 pm. Still do not understand £10 deposit they took (still waiting for the money). Usually in my experience deposits are often blocked and the funds are released automatically at the check out. Overall, a mixed experience with the best views in Warsaw, very friendly staff and fantastic location. However, the hotel needs some uplifting including new mattresses.

Good hotel rooms, good location. Staff were great, food options excellent. Some things to note: 1) The desk has a drawer underneath it which rubs on your legs when using it. Still better than not having one, but I wouldn't want to be working at the desk for more than an hour or so. 2) The blockout on the curtains isn't perfect - once the sun comes up, you may need an eye mask. 3) Despite being on the 37th floor, you can still hear the trams as they rumble past outside. Enough to wake you if you're a light sleeper. 4) It's very close to the central station, which is part of the attraction to staying here. 5) The 'old town' is a 45 minute walk away, but you can halve that if you use the trams or subway. 6) I stayed in a standard room, but it's worth noting it's not that accessible. The bathroom is fairly small and you need to step in and out of the bathtub in order to have a shower. 7) I wouldn't bother staying here if it's just for the view. Honestly, you get the best view in Warsaw by going up the Palace of Culture and Science for about $10.

Hotel is very nice. I will change my own bedroom like their hotel room. That being said, there are lots of wrongs! 1. Bathroom is small 2. mattress was lumpy, need to replace with new one 3. Hotel can be easily seen from main train station but you cannot see the entrance! It's located on side of building 4. Don't eat at their Buffet breakfast. I thought the receptionist told me that breakfast was included. Instead I was charged 120 PLN or $30 x 3. Breakfast is ridiculously overpriced!!! It does not even compare to lower end Las Vegas Hotel Buffet. It's a JOKE that they are charging $30. This is in Warsaw, it would be laughed at in Las Vegas. Maybe for $15.

Usually very good stay with the Marriott. Checking out they charged my card again for the stay when it was paid already. No help was provided to fix the problem, just telling me that I have to wait for their mistake to be fixed. Basically no apology, not even a coffee offered. We love the convenient position of the hotel. It’s directly opposite Warsaw Central Station. Lots of shopping malls and restaurants extremely close by. The lobby and associated areas are impressive as well as the buffet breakfast, which was excellent. The swimming pool, saunas and especially the gym are great. The only criticism I have is the rooms are a little dated and the bathroom is small but otherwise we will definitely stay there again next time we visit.

I was offered an ungraded to a room with city view. It was more than my expectation. The breakfast buffet was abundant and bountiful. It has a good spread of bakery products and fresh and hot items. The croissant was simply irresistible.
