Horrible hotel con mas aspecto de hospital que de hotel. El baño, espantoso, nunca habia visto uno asi. Sin plato de ducha, te duchabas en el propio suelo.

Great service and hospitality

From the pictures on the web vs the hotel look itself, these are very different. I cannot fault the pleasant & helpfulness of staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I had a good nights sleep.....BUT The hotel was very very dated. It makes the well known low cost travel hotel appear 5 star luxury. Eating area in hotel looked like a childrens play area (several small pink table tops & multi coloured sections on walls). Continental Breakfast consisted of bread for toasting and not much else. There were approx 6 mini croissants and the rest of the container was empty. The orange juice container was virtually empty so draining bottle to get the remaining juice out. Fruit bowl on window sill. Looked like it needed to be filled up as 4 small oranges in there. Stairs to the hotel rooms were bare, however the stairs to the basement car park had carpet on them. I think that should have been the other way round for a better impression to customers. My bathroom toilet seat was plastic and clearly not fixed in place. Loose hinge and off to right. No plug in sink so you could see the inside of the plug hole which wasnt pleasant when cleaning teeth. Bath pop up plug was broken & didnt pop up. The bath filled up with water as you showered so standing in water you have washed in. I took the top of the pop up plug off and let the water go down but the underneath of the plug has soap residue that had built up. Fridge cupboard but no fridge in there. Windows old. Outlook awful.

Central no frills dog friendly hotel. Good service, safe on site parking and clean basic rooms. Hotel central to pubs, eateries and shops.

This was very good value. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check in early as my room was ready when I arrived. I had a pleasant room with everything I needed and a nice en-suite bathroom with a bath. The hotel is in a central location, but in a quiet street.
