The staff were really friendly and accommodating, the spa was small but had everything you needed. The outside pool area was snug (pool was too cold in Oct). and the location was absolutely perfect with short walks to local places of interest, shops, bars and eateries. The rooms were decorated well and the signage was all very fun and tongue-in-cheek. We've never stayed in a LGBTQ+ ' hotel like this but loved it.

Huge improvement! When first checked in, the original room was on the 1st floor which was next to the street and courtyard that was extremely noisy. After they moved us, the new room was clean, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with the best staff! Highly recommended!

I’m sorry to say I would not stay at this property again. The breakfast room and workout room were great. The staff were great from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast room. However, the rooms themselves are very small. There’s no separate bathroom. And the worst was the noise: soundproofing really was nonexistent from outside and especially between the rooms. I really wanted to like it here. 😕
