Slalom by Avantstay Walk to Ski Slopes

Watered down soap in bathroom. House was cold throughout our stay, despite heat being on. Washer machine had random tubes in it, therefore did not do laundry because I did not know if the machine was operable. We also only had one bag of garbage for our stay but the outdoor door/built in shed had loose garbage overflowing.

Most cups, bowls, glasses, pans, and plates needed to be washed before using. Food was found in toaster oven. Keurig didnt work, drip coffee maker had black gunk in basin. Had to buy brushes and sponges to clean it. Family room was cold, we keep our house 67 degrees this family room never got close to that. Fireplace is electric. Washing machine was disconnected with plastic pipes in it. I called the AvantStay regular and emergency numbers and never got through to a person or got the text chat the automated system promised. Luckily my inability to get into the unit was user error and we straightened it out without help.

House was clean and stocked with little necessities.

Great location. Great communications from the property manager.

It's a nice place with a clean and tidy nature.
