Toll zum Erholen und Wellnessen, aber ständig waren Handtücher im Schwimmbad und Sauna aus, nur einen Aufguss am Tag, nur ein Fitnesskurs im Angebot. Servicepersonal im Restaurant sprach kaum deutsch, war sehr unaufmerksam und irgendwie gab es keinen echten Gastgeber/Ansprache. Es kam nicht kein Restuarantleiter/Hotelleiter mal vorbei und fragte, wie es einem geht, ob alles passt. Gala-Dinner war ohne jeglichen festlichen Rahmen, nur mehr Gänge als sonst. Definitiv kein 5* oder Leading Hotel of the World für mich.

This is one of the best stays and experiences. I highly recommend and we look forward to staying again. The staff were exceptional! The hotel is well situated, well designed and maintained. The spa was serene and clean. There is a lot to do just at the resort without needing to step out. Overall a wonderful experience.

Superb service from start to finish. As a young family with a 10 and 2 year old, we were made to feel welcome and almost all facilities were available to us to use. All staff were fantastic. We would certainly stay again

The Hotel Stay was very nice; the spa area is absolute fabulous, wonderful saunas, quiet spaces and great ambiance- the changing rooms could use an update; there are no toiletries, no hair dryer or keys to lock your personal items; the gym area is a little small and outdated, the dining options are great, but not really what I would expect staying at a 5 star hotel, the salad bar is soso, options are very limited; the staff at night is top notch, the morning crew needs a little reminder that guests like coffee right away, I had to get up a few times to ask for more coffee or the “morning news” - also the breakfast buffet is not what I would call 5 star, it was a nice selection but could use a little upgrade; but I would say my biggest disappointment was my room, it was small, there was a pole almost in the middle of the room, I had no night stand and felt it was very cramped; knowing that they weren’t fully occupied, I was a little surprised to have been given such a small room with a view into the parking lot; bottom line, I very much enjoyed my stay, but would likely not return - there were too many little things that didn’t add up to 5 star experience and didn’t give me the bang for the buck that I paid.

Wir konnten wunderschöne Tage mit sehr freundlichem Personal, hervorragender Küche, sehr schönem Wellness & sehr schönem Zimmer verbringen. Danke dem ganzen Team & insbesondere Markus für die hervorragenden Massagen! Einzig der Fitnessraum könnte etwas ausgebaut werden obwohl durchaus zweckmäßig.

Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Service und Kulinarik entspricht nicht einem 5 Sterne Niveau.

Es war einmal mehr ein Traumaufenthalt im wunderschönem Resort. Service Spitzenklasse ! Sehr schöne Suiten mit Bergsicht.

Ich war jetzt zum 3 mal in den Hotel und diesmal habe ich fast nur gutes zum Sagen: Der Aufguss in der Sauna vom "Saunameister Christof" war unglaublich, er hat es mit so einer Hingabe und Leidenschaft gemacht:) und ich hatte auch eine Massage bei Frau Eva, ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen von Ihr und Sie massiert einfach UNGLAUBLICH, ich würde eine Massage bei EVA empfehlen!! Ich hatte diesmal eine Juniorsuite und die war wirklich toll, es gibt nur einen kleinen Minuspunkt, ich hatte meinen Koffer auf einen Ständer offen und so geordnet das ich weiß wo was ist, als ich vom Spacenter ins Zimmer kam war der Koffer "gepackt" es wurde alles zusammengelegt und der Koffer wurde zugemacht, das find ich nicht in Ordnung denn ich will nicht das jemand in meinen Koffer herum wühlt und meine Kleidung bzw. Unterwäsche anfasst! Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt sehr sehr gut und ausgezeichnet

This hotel was amazing! It is a beautiful resort hotel with a lovely staff and amazing food! We were planning to go into Innsbruck the day we arrived but we decided to stay at the hotel and sit by the lake in a cabana. At both dinners we were there the owner personally came to our table to greet us and ask how everything was. Most importantly, there is the amazing Sachertorte! I can’t wait to come back!!

Auch unter neuer "Sacher" Flagge bleibt dieses Hotel an der Spitze der Hotellerie in Seefeld. War ich vor recht langer Zeit noch unter dem traditionellen Namen "Astoria" hier zu Gast, was es nun wieder an der Zeit mittels eines Wochenend-Trips das Hotel erneut zu erleben. Um es kurz zu machen: Das Sacher hat sich herausragend präsentiert und wird sowohl seine 5* Sterne Position als auch seine durchweg sehr guten Beurteilungen absolut gerecht. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden sowohl vor- als auch während des Aufenthaltes zuverlässig umgesetzt und der Aufenthalt war aufgrund der immer noch spürbaren Privathotelatmosphäre und bei sehr freundlichem und gutem Service von Anfang bis Ende sehr angenehm und erholsam. Auch auf dem natürlich sehr anspruchsvollen Preisniveau eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Ein wunderbares Hotel in Seefeld, durch die Familie geführt, mit viel Liebe zu Detail. Der Wellness ist einzigartig und Behandlungen exzellent. Das Essen ist 5 Sterne Like inkl. sehr aufmerksamer Service. Freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

This is a beautiful alpine resort in a small town called Seefeld which is about 10 miles from Innsbruck. It was very easy to take the train into Innsbruck. The town of Seefeld is charming!

I booked this room for a my cousin and his family visiting from India. They loved the location and the property. All together it was a lovely experience Said my cousin
