The amenities at the property are brand new. The location is great for getting around Long Beach having gated parking gave us the feeling of security. A big place for us was Jim’s burgers across the road!I would definitely choose to come here again when I return to Long BeachJeanne

Fantastic property centrally located just minutes from downtown Long Beach, cruise Harbor, plenty of bars, restaurants, and freeway access very close by. Communication was more than fantastic and the unit itself was well displayed in pictures and was exactly what we expected. Really only hard part is the parking. Small driveway/alley off of a very busy road can be difficult to get in and out of.

Highlights: check-in process, host communication and responsiveness, unit cleanliness. Best-stocked kitchen in a rental I’ve ever had. Central HVAC. Comfortable beds. Convenient location. Secure off-street parking. I only had one negative: it is right on a very busy street (7th St), so the road noise is very noticeable all day and night. Recommend earplugs or white noise machine. Overall, still great value for cost.

Beds were good. The kitchen is quite nice, but I never found a cutting board. The shower setup is great, especially for tall people (very RARE)!!

It was an Amazing stay.The Host was very prompt and responsive with any and all needs i had ...Sam(tenant) was super Respectfully and courteous.The property was very clean and comfortable as well. I highly recommend if you are looking to travel to Long Beach.
