Charles Rahim loved his sfay at the Quest Hotel Apartments in Bunbury, Western Australia. The rooms were spacious and parking was plentiful. Got a complementary upgrade which was nice. Most importantly, the staff were locals from the area and very wel mannered professional. There was also a French girl who checked me in who was very competent and all the staff had welcoming smiles. A 5 out of 5 for me.

The property satisfied our expectations and more, the staff were attentive and caring going that extra mile even with a handwritten welcome card chocolates and wine. There was an easy safe 10 minute walk to the centre of Bunbury and to the Dolphin Discovery Centre in the other direction. The pool was adequate for a property so near to the beach

The Quest Bunbury Apartment Hotel is a perfect place to stay to experience the surrounding area. We also used this as a base to do our longer daily trips to Margaret River, Albany, etc The staff are wonderful, apartments are clean and comfy. Located a short walk to the Dolphin Discovery Centre - I recommend the Dolphin Eco Cruise - and just across the road from Koombana Beach.
