Was promised an electrical plug-in for my car - half the parking spots are not serviced and those that are all feature problems with delivery. Disappointing. Outside is way worse than inside - room was fine, but the "first impressions" issue is a problem. And fix your sign for Pete's sake - half unlit makes for problems finding the location...

À notre arrivée tardive, les draps d’un lit étaient remplis de sable et l’autre lit étaient souillés. Nous avons dû demander des draps propres à la buanderie et les changer nous-mêmes. La salle à manger est très petite, peu de table. Nous avons mangé dehors, heureusement que la température était clémente. L’air climatisé de ma chambre était très bruyant.

Il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre à notre arrivée, heureusement que nous avions une porte patio pour faire entrer l’air frais et atténuer l’odeur. Le tapis n’était pas propre, le drap contour faisait à peine le matelas et était constamment défait(désolée mais rien de plus répugnant que toucher le matelas d’hôtel), le protège-matelas trop petit pour le lit et bougeait sous le drap contour…nous avons quitté une nuit plus tôt à cause de ces raisons.

Il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre à notre arrivée, heureusement que nous avions une porte patio pour faire entrer l’air frais et atténuer l’odeur. Like the location as it was near the stores we wanted to shop too. Our overall experience was good except for the woman’s attitude at the breakfast area. We were informed that there was free warm breakfast from 7 to 10am. We arrived 20 mins before 10 and she seemed annoyed. She was putting things away even as we were serving ourselves and was slamming the cupboards. Needless to say, we did not leave a tip but we did cleanup after ourselves and left our area clean.

It was pouring rain during our stay here so we were really happy to be able to just walk over to Normandin for supper and a coffee and ice cream cone at McDonald's on the way back. Breakfast was great and including both hot and cold items. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a room on the ground floor (should have phoned and asked for that).

Pros: Very Clean. friendly. Good continental breakfast. A typical inn at the city center. For those people who love city, this kinds of Inn's is good for them. Cons: no telephone shower which is a must for us ladies who are shorter and love to wash all around our head and body's very well. Telephone shower is best to clean our butt when there is also no bidet. - our room had a defecteuse hairdryer button. - just like comfort Inns that are average - important! that only small rectangular window at the second floor is so dangerous for those who have children under 4 years bks they can easly slip outside this small window but just enough size for a regular size of child who is so curious to put his head out and is the only window but small that can be open, and has no screen also. This is the most important thing i wud like to comment here So please watch your children under 4 years old if u ever rent a room in the second floor. Thanks you and have a good vacation.
