Klimaanlage defekt und das wohl nicht erst seid gestern. Bei 32 Grad war es nicht angenehm. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sauber. Super Frühstück.

Fand die Unterkunft gut, der Parkplatz war günstig im Gegensatz zu anderen Parkplätzen. Das Frühstück war reichlich, für jeden was dabei.Die Brötchen waren sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ein bequemes Bett. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren stets bemüht das der Gast zufrieden ist. Würde hier wieder buchen.

Die Lage ist zwischen McDonalds, Burger King und einem Einkaufszentrum, trotzdem nachts ok. Bis spät nachts hört man Flugzeuge, uns hat es nicht gestört. Die Badezimmer sind renoviert und top ok. Manche Zimmer haben eine Kaffeemaschine und/oder Wasserkocher. Ärgerlich ist der unnötig verursachte Lärm beim Frühstück. Gebrauchtes Frühstückgeschirr wird mit scheppern auf einen Metallwagen geladen und ann ohne Rücksicht auf die Gäste mit poltern und scheppern durch die Gegend gefahren. Wir empfanden das äußerst belästigend. Der Parkplatz neben dem Hotel ist nicht immer ausreichend für die Hotelgäste. Die Bezahlung des Parkplatzes musste man bei Abreise einfach angeben, wie viel Nächte man diesen benutzte (7,-/Nacht).

Great Hotel - close to shopping Mall, and takeaway food options - Breakfast is very good, limited menu in bar in the evening - not a problem as there are other options nearby within easy walking distance. Take some Euros with you for the hotel car park!

Stayed one night at this hotel during our tour of Germany. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is outside the city centre so not all that close to restaurants (other than fast food). The hotel listing indicates it has a restaurant but upon our arrival at 6 pm on a Friday night the restaurant and bar were already closed? The hotel listing also indicates it has laundry facilities but when we asked at check in this was not the case. Unfortunate as that was part of our reasoning for selecting this hotel. The hotel has a large parking lot adjacent to the hotel which was very convenient.

Das Hotel liegt recht weit außerhalb von Mainz gegenüber eines Shoppingcenters und eines McDonalds. Da es m.E. keine Alternativen zum Hotelparkplatz gibt, ist es nicht besonders angenehm, dass dafür recht hohe Gebühren verlangt werden. Bei meinem Besuch wurden die Gebühren jedoch erlassen, da im gesamten Hotel die Klimaanlage außer Funktion war, als kleine Kompensation. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und das Frühstück vielseitig.

Es waren im ganzen Haus die Klimaanlage und zusätzlich die Warmwasserversorgung ausgefallen. Und das bei bis zu 34 Grad Außentemperatur. Das Personal war überfordert und teilweise ignorant. Es wurde noch nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser auf den Zimmern zur Verfügung gestellt.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis okay. Schmutzige Teppiche im Flur und in den Zimmern. Zimmer ansonsten sauber. Personal beim Check in sehr freundlich. Am Frühstücksbuffet eher weniger.

Sauberkeit mangelhaft, sehr viele Haare im Bett, zudem wurde die Toilette nicht gereinigt und Hinterlassenschaften auf der Klobrille waren noch vom Vorgänger da. Lärmpegel im Hotel sehr hoch.

Die Einrichtung und die Zimmer sind sauber und in Ordnung. Nur der Teppichboden ekelt mich sehr. Das Personal war sowohl am Anreise wie am abreisetag unfreundlich. Kein „Guten Morgen“ oder ähnliches - sehr schade!

Der Preis war gut. Vielleicht kann man dafür nicht viel erwarten aber ein minimum an Sauberkeit wäre schon super. Der Boden im Zimmer war fleckig, im Badezimmer waren auch Flecken auf den Fliesen, von denen ich erst gar nicht wissen will woher sie stammen. Mein Handtuch hatte ein Loch, das Geschirr beim Frühstück war leider auch nicht sauber. Zumindest musste man erstmal nach Tellern, Tassen und Gläsern suchen, die man benutzen wollte. Das war jetzt der zweite und letzte Versuch in diesem Hotel. Schade! wollte.

Leider war es nachts sehr laut. Keine gute Isolierung. Ständige Geräusche der Waschräume. (Hörte sich zumindest nach Trocknern an) dafür war der Zimmerwechsel in der Nacht sehr zuvorkommend

Es gibt zwar 2 Haken an der Wand für die kleinen Handtücher, aber kein Aufhänger am Handtuch. Es gibt 2 Badehandtücher, aber nur ein kleine Stange zum Aufhängen und dann noch in der Dusche!? Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank. Die Sachen kann man in den Scrank legen, wo der Kühlschrank für die Minibar gedacht war. Es gibt als Nachtschrank auch nur ein Brett - wieder nichts zum verstauen. Der Teppichboden hat mehr Flecke als ein Dalmatiner. Da nicht gereinigt wurde, haben wir in der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben und es kam jemand von Service, aber der hat nur die Handtücher getauscht, obwohl die nicht auf dem Boden lagen. Geputzt wurde nicht. Das Frühstück, sowie die Freundlichkeit an der Reception war ohne Beanstandung.

War an sicher super gut Frühstück war lecker nettes Personal nur auf dem Zimmer gehn manche Lichtschalter nicht richtig und bei unserem Zimmer hin eine *offene* steck Dose raus mit Kabeln.. Ansonsten top 👍

Due to a business trip, I stayed at Mainz Select Hotel for two nights. I had a really unpleasant experience at last evening. In the evening, the hotel's restaurant areas are closed, but since there are no tables or charging points available in the reception area suitable for working, I chose to use a table next to the closed section to work. On the first evening, I had no issues; all the staff saw me working there and did not mind. However, on the second evening of my stay, when I wanted to work at the same table, a staff member named Rafael Stauffer rudely warned me. I explained to him that I had worked in that section the previous evening, that I had not touched any items, and that I had not consumed any food or drink or made any mess. Der Aufenthalt hat mir gut gefallen. Frühstück war sehr gut und die zimmer waren sauber. Nur die Klimaanlage funktionierte an dem Tag nicht. Außerdem wurde uns wegen der klimaanlage versprochen das wir den parkplatz nicht bezahlen müssen. Am nächsten Tag sollten wir bei einer anderen mitarbeiterin den parkplatz dann doch bezahlen, weil ja ein Schild am parkplatz steht. Im Endeffekt mussten wir ihn nicht bezahlen, aber die unfreundliche Diskussion hätte man sich sparen können.

Die Lage ist zwischen McDonalds, Burger King und einem Einkaufszentrum, trotzdem nachts ok. Bis spät nachts hört man Flugzeuge, uns hat es nicht gestört. Die Badezimmer sind renoviert und top ok. Manche Zimmer haben eine Kaffeemaschine und/oder Wasserkocher. Ärgerlich ist der unnötig verursachte Lärm beim Frühstück. Gebrauchtes Frühstückgeschirr wird mit scheppern auf einen Metallwagen geladen und ann ohne Rücksicht auf die Gäste mit poltern und scheppern durch die Gegend gefahren. Wir empfanden das äußerst belästigend. Der Parkplatz neben dem Hotel ist nicht immer ausreichend für die Hotelgäste. Die Bezahlung des Parkplatzes musste man bei Abreise einfach angeben, wie viel Nächte man diesen benutzte (7,-/Nacht).

Fand die Unterkunft gut, der Parkplatz war günstig im Gegensatz zu anderen Parkplätzen. Das Frühstück war reichlich, für jeden was dabei.Die Brötchen waren sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ein bequemes Bett. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren stets bemüht das der Gast zufrieden ist. Würde hier wieder buchen.

Es ist sehr hellhörig (Flur) ; english Breakfast war kalt ; diese Sache mit den Aufbackbrötchen ist sicherlich nett - dann aber bitte auf den Punkt und nicht hart werden lassen :-) Sind die Bäckerangebote so schlecht, dass es Aufbackbrötchen gibt ? Wir sollen alle weniger Müll produzieren und immer wieder in Hotels stelle ich mir die Frage : Warum gibt es immernoch abgepackte Butterpäckchen, Marmeladen oder auch Frischkäse in den kleinen Aluschalen? Vielleicht da einfach generell etwas umdenken - auch wenn es eher für Durchreisende oder Handwerker gedacht ist. Jeder von Ihnen hat doch Lust auf ein gutes Frühstück, oder ? :-)
