The breakfast menu was pricy for a basic breakfast ( croissant and coffee /hot chocolate ) for each of my son and me The pool was closed and we didn’t receive any discount. Very disappointed as the pool Was the primary reason for choosing this hotel and I booked the hotel before the pool closure

We had some cleanliness and maintenance issues in the room during our stay, but the staff was courteous and very responsive. They fixed the problem quickly and to our satisfaction. The rooms are nice and comfortable with good space for clothes and a desk to work at. The bathroom has a sliding barn door, so not as great for privacy as a normal door. Breakfast started after I had to leave for my work meetings, but there were some pastries and coffee set out in a easy "grab and go" manner. Overall, a good choice for a hotel in Mainz.

Despite a late arrival the reception staff, Janik, was enthusiastic and welcoming. Hotel has a nice atmosphere and the rooms are a good size with good amenities.

Great location near Christmas Markets and Cathedral! Wonderful service and Excellent place to eat and visit in lounge area.
