H2 Hotel Mainz

Tolle moderne Unterkunft. Sehr nette Rezeption. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber. Direkt vor dem Hotel konnte man Fahrräder ausleihen. Das war super! Leider war es schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Tiefgarage hat kaum Plätze und war komplett belegt. Das Frühstück war gut, könnte aber noch etwas ansprechender sein mit einem bisschen mehr Auswahl.

The are close to the front door was accessible by car and there was signage of what to do when you arrive. Also, the garage wa already full and we had ti park on another outside paid garage. That said, it is a very good hotel. Everything is new and clean. Very good breakfast The area close to the hotel is very good for a morning walk. Nicely decorated lobby. The staff is friendly but coulb be more attentive when guests arrive for the check in

30 Parkplätze für 200 Zimmer sind zu wenig. Parkhäuser in der Nähe nur mit Bargeldzahlung. Zwei Kaffeemaschinen bei höhere Gästeanzahl während des Frühstücks sind eine Zumutung. Positiv gute Betten, Lage Citynah.

Globalement satisfait, et le petit déjeuner proposait suffisamment d’options saines pour la santé. Juste au niveau parking, dommage pas de parking gratuit.

POSITIV: Es ist ein gutes, sauber Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. NEGATIV: Begrenzte Anzahl von Parkplätzen. Wir sind abends angereist und die Hotel Tiefgarage war mit ca. 20 Fahrzeugen voll. Wir haben ca. 1 Stunde einen Parkplatz in der nahen Umgebung gesucht.

Emplacement idéal à proximité du Rhin et du centre ville.. Contemporain. Bon petit déjeuner possible en extérieur par beau temps. Petit bémol : stationnement en sous terrain quasi obligatoire car dans les alentours stationnement pour les résidents et rapidement complet

The hotel was built in 2021. Room was very clean. Breakfast was free and delicious. We parked our car in the underground parking of a supermarket for around 10 euros a night. It only took us 3 minutes to walk to the supermarket. Also, the staff was very helpful. We borrowed umbrellas from the hotel during rainy days. Generally speaking, we are satisfied with our stay.

Management has cut back on personnel. If you arrive late you may have to wait for the only person in charge of all aspects of the operation. The reception desk is not his priority. To be clear, this person was cordial and not to blame. Management is. Management should also book more parking spaces in the adjacent garage.

Das Hotel selbst, also das Zimmer, Frühstück und Zustand waren hervorragend. ABER: ich suche immer ein Hotel mit Garage oder hoteleigenem Parkplatz und als ich beim einchecken war, wurde mir gesagt, dass die Plätze begrenzt und alle vergeben sind. Ich musste dann in ein etwas entferntes öffentliches Parkhaus fahren; genau das wollte ich vermeiden. Das ist für mich insbesondere ärgerlich, da ich bei der Buchung immer aufpasse, ob bei der Beschreibung etwas von begrenzten Parkplätzen steht, das war hier aber eben nicht der Fall. Leider für mich in Zukunft ein Ausschlusskriterium.

Very nice hotel, walkable area. The only issue I had was the parking which was full when I came so had to park at the grocery store and walk back to the hotel. Apart from that I really enjoyed my stay there.

Nice size room,clen

Komfortable Zimmer, ruhig im Hotel und auch außerhalb. Hotel sieht ziemlich neu aus. Alles war sauber. Nur mein Handtuch hatte paar Löscher und beim Frühstück währe es schön gewesen nicht nur normale Weizenbrötchen, sondern auch Mehrkornbrötchen zu haben.

Very clean and nice hotel, and affordable. Staff is courteous, helpful and efficient. Good and plentiful breakfast with lots of tables and seats. Lots of cold and hot food (scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns, etc.), good quality breakfast food. The breakfast area is spacious and kept clean. The three of us stayed at the four bed room. Beds are comfortable and bed linens are clean. Shower room is separate from the toilet room, each has a door for privacy. Shower room has a spacious shower space with good water pressure, and a sink. Toilet room has its own tiny sink. The area is nice and peaceful, next to the river boardwalk, which leads to Old Town . The old town Mainz Cathedral is a must visit place, breathtaking with a beautiful courtyard. We visited during the riverside summer fair, my child enjoyed the many carnival rides, there are drinks, beers and wine, food and endless stalls selling local goods. So much fun!

駅や旧市街からは少し距離はありますが、どちらも近くの方バス停から１本で十分ほどです。旧市街へは、ライン川沿いの遊歩道をのんびりと歩いても行けます。また、近くに大きなスーパーも２軒あって便利です。宿はとてもきれいで新しい設備が整っていて、快適に過ごせました。フロントの方も、笑顔を絶やさず、とても親切で丁寧でした。朝食も種類が豊富で美味しく、テラスで食べることもできます。

Modernes, sauberes Hotel in toller Lager direkt am Kanal und innerhalb von 1 Minute erreicht man das Rheinufer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Nach einem 15 Minuten Spaziergang erreicht man die Innenstadt von Mainz. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.!

Hard to find the entrance, you can see it from the street behind a fence but there's no indication that the road to get there is a two way road - it's a poorly thought out two way road that looks like it was originally built to be a one way. When I called to find out how to get there and about parling, I was told their lot was full and park in the bldg next door. I did however the costs are astronomical (35e overnight) and some passive aggressive german left a german note under my wiper, I don't speak german but there were exclamation points and 22.45uhr, no offical signage notification about times, you can drive in and park at any time so presumably someone who has nothing better to do. Also it is cash only, so had to google a bank machine and go for a long walk to find one Cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, also I'm not a fan of this ridiculous bathroom IN the room architecture of modern german hotels. I don't want the shower next to my bed, keep it seperate. I've stayed at another H2 which had a better bathroom situation but the same cleanliness issue. Also, I didn't appreciate housekeeping knocking on my door to announce themselves prior to me checking out and prior to checkout time. The staff seem to be inexperienced interns, professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. I'm not sure if I would stay with this brand again.

Modernes, komfortables Hotel in Mainz, etwa 20-25 Min. zu Fuß bis in die Innenstadt, in einer gepflegten Umgebung in der Nähe der Rheinpromenade gelegen. Die Innenausstattung ist dem Gutenberg-Erbe der Stadt gewidmet mit einem Buchstabenteppich auf den Etagen und Büchertapete in den Zimmern. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig, bestehend aus Granini-Saft, verschiedenen Kaffeespezialitäten, Bio-Tee, Brotaufstrichen, Brötchen, Müsli und Obst sowie warmen Gerichten. Im Falle eines nächsten Aufenthaltes in Mainz würde ich dieses Hotel ohne zu zögern wieder besuchen und kann es in jedem Fall empfehlen. Einzig unter dem Bett lagen Staubansammlungen, hier sollte man etwas gründlicher reinigen.

The staff were excellent and friendly. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was very good. However, the rooms were very small and minimal. There were 2 beds, the shower was in the bedroom with a glass door, there was no safe, no coffee maker, no refrigerator, no Kleenex, no lotions and no closet. If you want ice, forget it. There isn't an ice maker on the premises, not even the restaurant.

We liked the heated floors in the bathroom. Decor was modern and clean. Self check in was not available at the time so the check in process could have been faster.

가성비 최고의 호텔이었습니다. 오랜만에 이층침대를 접하게 되어 호스텔 느낌이 나기는 했지만 아이들도 매우 좋아하고 침구류도 각자 개별로 제공 되어 매우 괜찮았습니다. 그리고 방도 생각보다 넓어서 생활 하는데 아주 편리하게 생활 할 수 있었습니다.

Klimaanlage klappert im Betrieb leider sehr laut. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen...wie immer sonst alles top.

Cozy but efficient layout. Excellent value for money. Good breakfast included in basic room fee. The transparent shower door facing the bedroom may indispose some guests.

Preis/Leistung ist ok, aber Hotel war völlig überfüllt, als wir da waren und die Menschenmassen beim Frühstück waren ja irre. Auswahl beim Frühstück war auch eher überschaubar, war aber noch in Ordnung. Zimmer sahen modern aus, waren aber auch eher spärlich ausgestattet (kein Kühlschrank und zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten, die immer auseinander rutschten).

Très bon hôtel décoration tendance ,au calme mais il manque un deuxième oreiller pour lire confortablement dans le lit, il manque aussi une bouilloire et une boîte de kleenex comme on trouve dans tous les hôtels de la même catégorie

The staffs were amazingly kind and nice. I couldn’t feel any inconvenience. Even I need to leave the hotel early in the morning, the breakfast was prepared quite early and enjoyed it. At the same time, I asked to call a taxi to the Mainz central station, and a staff asked/confirmed it right away.

Insgesamt gutes Hotel mit für Stadtverhältnisse annehmbaren Preis-Leistunsverhältnis. Einziger Negativpunkt ist vor allem das Personal bei Check-In/ -Out, welches im Kontakt unfreundlich war. In anderen Bereichen wie dem Restaurant und Zimmerservice sehr freundlich sowie höfliches Personal.

Great staff and checking process. Clean rooms and great restaurant service and the free breakfast was good.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich gut, wenn jedoch ein Check out 30 Minuten dauert ist dies mehr als grenzwertig und dies lag nicht an mir

The hotel stole approx 10 nights from our booking, we have booked alot of rooms with our company and prepaid everything. When 2 of our guys was late to the check in because of change of plans in the work, the hotel did not call me or e-mail me to ask about it, they just unbooked our prepaid rooms and stole the whole amount. When our guys came to the hotel 2 days later our booking was gone... I think this is absolutely horrific beahaviour from a hotel. I mean, we have booked and prepaid so therefore the rooms are ours from my point of view, why should the hotel take our rooms and rent them out to someone else?

Hotellet var tilfredsstillende til prisen.. Muligvis mangel på personale gjorde tjek-ind til en meget lang proces. Flere i gruppen måtte have nye værelser fordi det værelse de havde fået tildelt, alligevel ikke var gjort klar. Dårlige siddemøbler på værelset - ingen stole, kun en skammel Morgenmaden var politisk korrekt (ingen produkter fra gris eller okse).

新しくて清潔なホテルで、写真の通りでした。中心部から少し離れていてアクセスはやや不便ですが、その分静かで、川沿いの散歩が気持ちよかったです。近くにすごく美味しいインド料理屋さんがあるのでおすすめです！朝食も予想以上に美味しく、満足でした。 The hotel was new and clean, just like the photos. It’s a bit far from the city center, which made getting around slightly inconvenient, but the area was quiet and the riverside walk was lovely. Breakfast was better than expected and very satisfying. There's also an excellent Indian restaurant nearby that I highly recommend.

Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in ca. 25 Minuten über die Rheinpromenade erreichbar. Für eine Stadtbesichtigung hervorragend gelegen. Das Personal ist überaus nett undnimmer sehe hilfsbereit. All unsere Wünsche würden erfüllt. Fazit: Wir buchen das Hotel mit Sicherheit wieder, wenn wir nach Mainz fahren werden.

Nice hotel which is clean and looks good. Breakfast is good but very crowded and noisy. Beds are good but pillows very flat. Nice girl at the reception who let us check in a bit earlier.

Prima modern hotel met goed prijs kwaliteit en fantastisch ontbijt. Prima, ook s avonds kleine eetkaart maar prima voor 1 of 2 dagen. Aanrader.
