Stanza pulita, spazio sufficente per 4 persone. Vicinissima alla fermata della metro che in 15 minuti ti porta in centro. Si può parcheggiare in strada abbiamo sempre trovato posto. Personale gentile e disponibile. Le uniche due note negative; il divano letto davvero troppo duro è stato doloroso dormirci e la tapparella della finestra sopra il divano letto che non oscurava assolutamente nulla. Un peccato perché le altre due finestre hanno le persiane.
Stanza pulita, spazio sufficente per 4 persone. Vicinissima alla fermata della metro che in 15 minuti ti porta in centro. Si può parcheggiare in strada abbiamo sempre trovato posto. Personale gentile e disponibile. Le uniche due note negative; il divano letto davvero troppo duro è stato doloroso dormirci e la tapparella della finestra sopra il divano letto che non oscurava assolutamente nulla. Un peccato perché le altre due finestre hanno le persiane.

Super war die Rezeption-sehr hilfsbereit etc. Achtung bei der Einfahrt in die Garage 1. Tor holt sehr weit aus-wenn man durch das Fenster mit dem Schlüssel öffnet steht man zu nahe, dann Einfahrt sehr eng und glitschig. Hinterradantrieb sehr schwierig zu korrigieren!!! Ansonsten mein Zimmer war geräumig unter dem Dach mit kleiner Terrasse. Sehr heiss, keine resp.nicht gute Verdunkelungsvorhänge, Klima bläst direkt aufs Bett, bei Hitze unter dem Dach sehr unangenehm. Safe war blockiert, im Badezimmer ein unangenehmer Geruch, oberflächlich aber sauber, Handtuchhalter 2/3 ausgerissen. Kein Duschmittel (Rezeption sofort korrigiert)Frühstück ok einfach bitte den Orangensaft mit weniger Wasser strecken. Mehr Zeit für die Details aufwenden vor allem bei der Putzabteilung, denke jedoch das ist dem Zeit-Spardruck vom Management geschuldet.

The hotel is just by a metro station and a supermarket, so great location. Staff was nice and helpful. Reception closes at 8 PM, which almost caused us a big issue. Our passports were locked in a safe, but pin was not working. We needed a key. There was nobody to open the safe to us when we return to the hotel At 9:30 PM. After a few phone calls to the HDQ team and talking to the people at the Indian restaurant next door, they figure out a way to open the safe and saved the day, orher use we would miss out flight at 3 am, since they don’t open until 7. The room was big and comfortable.

Vi havde et godt ophold i et stort familieværelse. Det var rent og pænt. Kan godt anbefales og nemt at komme til og fra i bil. Der er gratis parkering på gaden, hvis man er heldig at finde en plads.

Close to underground station so easy access to city centre. Convenient parking under hotel. Clean room. Nice to have a balcony, and shutters on window. Very good restaurants (Indian next door and Italian nearby) and a supermarket close by. Beds had quite hard matresses and awful pillows, so not comfortable.The curtain fell off when we closed it! The bathroom was a bit smelly. Very hot room (to be fair the temperature was particularly high when we stayed) and while we were grateful for the fan the room was very hot and the fan was noisy.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut zu Fuß von der U-Bahn zu erreichen (eigentlich nur schräg über die Straße). Alle an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Manche Möbel sind schon ein bißchen älter, was aber überhaupt nicht stört.

Not clean - One of our comforters was very dirty and stained. When we tried to get a replacement, we were told the housekeeping staff went home and we had to wait until the next day for clean products. That was not good customer service. Noisy - There is a restaurant entrance below our room which put a table outside so there was a lot of loud talking, laughing and drinking until after midnight for two days in a row. We had to shut the windows to sleep, but that cut off the fresh air and the room was stuffy.

The room was ok. Dishes weren’t properly done so had to redo them before using. There was also a dirty towel in our bathroom when we arrived, which wasn’t great. Overall the rest of the room was clean and comfortable. We traveled with our two kids (5 and 8) and it was a great set-up for us. Easy to access the subway (a 5 min walk) and organic grocery store and regular grocery store within walking distance as well.

The room was clean, comfortable and fairly spacious, and the staff were very friendly, although we were not told how to get back into the building when reception was closed. Although the hotel is quite close to an U-Bahn station, it takes a while to get there from the centre which wasn’t always ideal. Still a comfortable, quiet place to stay though and would recommend this hotel.

Convenient to the subway line. Area is nice & peaceful.. close to REWE grocery store.. Though upon checking-in the staff did not tell us that there is free coffee in the morning which we could have made our stay more nicer. There is no air condition in the room, feels hot during the day, even when windows are open..

The hotel is just by a metro station and a supermarket, so great location. Staff was nice and helpful. Reception closes at 8 PM, which almost caused us a big issue. Our passports were locked in a safe, but pin was not working. We needed a key. There was nobody to open the safe to us when we return to the hotel At 9:30 PM. After a few phone calls to the HDQ team and talking to the people at the Indian restaurant next door, they figure out a way to open the safe and saved the day, orher use we would miss out flight at 3 am, since they don’t open until 7. The room was big and comfortable.

Do not recommend! Booked this stay because listing had laundry listed but upon arriving, front desk Clerk Laura said no that’s not true. She didn’t offer any complication or help. Instead, she took a screen shot off the listing and later deleted that fact. I contacted hotels and they only offered me a credit towards a future visit. They also contacted Laura who agreed they don’t have laundry but no solution and no credit or refund. Additionally our room was directly above an Indian restaurant where it was noisy. People stood out front smoking which wafted straight up into our windows in addition to the street noise.

Convenient to the subway line. Area is nice & peaceful.. close to REWE grocery store.. Though upon checking-in the staff did not tell us that there is free coffee in the morning which we could have made our stay more nicer. There is no air condition in the room, feels hot during the day, even when windows are open..

We have stayed at the Empress several different times. It’s a great location, convenient to transportation and shopping. The rooms are very nice. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious and we highly recommend staying here.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut zu Fuß von der U-Bahn zu erreichen (eigentlich nur schräg über die Straße). Alle an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Manche Möbel sind schon ein bißchen älter, was aber überhaupt nicht stört.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut zu Fuß von der U-Bahn zu erreichen (eigentlich nur schräg über die Straße). Alle an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Angereist zu zweit am 9.12.2023, Besteck, Geschirr, Boden im Frühstücksbereich, Stühle dreckig. Habe es weitergegeben an die Empfangsdame, Sie meinte dass sie es weiter gibt. Abends war es sehr laut. Nur teils frisches Frühstück so wie Rühreier, Wiener und Weißwürste. Der Rest war nicht frisch. Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen, müsste mal wieder etwas renoviert werden. Rundum Services war in Ordnung.
