The Inn was very clean and well maintained. Easy parking and several outdoor wall plugs were available to charge my EV with an adapter of course. There was no extra charge for this. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and accommodating with any questions and even brought us ice one evening for our drinks. It is 5 min from old downtown where lovely buildings and an abundance of restaurants and cafes are.I highly recommend this Colonial Motor Inn located on hwy 7 in Perth. I really enjoyed my stay

We arrived very early and check in is at 3. They told us they could accommodate us at 2pm. We had no car and were sitting outside waiting for our other guests to arrive, but the management saw us sitting outside and thought we were waiting in the heat for 2pm check-in. They actually rushed to get our room ready and came out and told us 20 minutes. What incredible service. Through our 2 night stay, the staff was so courteous and friendly and the room was so clean. The pool was probably the cleanest I have seen of any outdoor pool ever. Definately would recommend this motel. I wish we were staying longer. It was so relaxing. Chairs outside our room to enjoy the fresh air was a plus! Thank you for a great experience.

I was visiting family in the area and needed a place for the night. The Colonial House Motor Inn was perfect. The room was fresh, extremely clean and very comfy. It had a fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. There was laminate flooring throughout. It was an excellent value and I would happily stay again when I am in the area.

A night table on both sides of the bed would be helpful. There was a step outside our room to the parking lot that my husband missed & badly sprained his ankle. Better markings on the step may have helped. The room was very clean & comfortable.

I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience at the Colonial! The motel room was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The outside of the motel was well-lit, so I felt safe coming and going at night. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I've been coming to Perth every August for 30 years, but this is my first time staying at one of the motels in town. I'm happy to say it was a great experience and I'll be recommending the Colonial to my family as well :)

It was a nice room, a decent value. Cleaning staff opened the door quite early (approx 8:30 am) despite the "do not disturb" sign being in place. I was dressed so it was not a big deal but could have been awkward had I not been. She did apologize and it is not that big a deal, but still, the sign was on the door.

An amazing experience all around. We were late arriving and had issues with room key in the middle of night and staff went above and beyond . Highly recommend this property. Its clean has all amenities and lots of food choices within walking distance.

Well maintained, clean, good beds and shower. Outdoor chairs for sitting outside room. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. A 5-10 minute drive to downtown Perth with several interesting stores and good restaurants.

We stayed here twice recently while visiting friends in the area. It has everything you want from an old-school motel, with modern upgrades. Carpet-free rooms give a clean feel, good AC, all conveniences like a fridge and coffee maker. You need a car to get into town, but location is good with access to attractions and restaurants. Friendly accommodating staff, too!
