The gym was tiny but had everything you’d need!! The hot tub and pool was excellent!! The room is lovely and the people are so helpful and welcoming !!!

Good price, great room, love that there’s breakfast included just wish it had more options, the pool and sauna were cool too but disappointed the hot tub wasn’t available. I’d definitely come back tho!

I should have read more of the reviews so thats on me, I assumed if it had the Ramada branding, there would be some standards. Driving into the parking lot, there was a large pile of construction garbage filling 2 parking stalls, wood with nails sticking up, a whole sofa upside down etc. The wall paint was peeling everywhere, the carpets & microwave had burn marks on them. Debris along the dirty hallway carpets. The only decent area was the pool/gym. Breakfast was abysmal,no tongs so people were touching the bread with their hands, no juice, no water, just a coffee machine. Fridge had only lactose free yogurt and some sort of heatable sandwich. We left and purchased breakfast elsewhere. Utter waste of my Expedia points and hard earned money.

The pool was ice cold, the hot tub was out of service, the housekeeping often missed towels or bath mat or face cloths. One day there was no cleaning done at all. They took my wife's refillable bottles one day. Our son had to leave a day early and we didn't get a refund for his room

The carpet and sofa chair need to changed because it’s very old:.more repairs in the premises .. example AC isn’t working good, something wrong with the paucet …need to have ramp because need of the luggages…the hot tub massage needs to be checked as well..treadmill is t working too…

The property is very rundown and needs upgrades. Wallpaper peeling, floor not cleaned . Hole in bathroom wall from door handle, sizeable gap under door that leads directly to the outside and minimal soundproofing. However, nice hot tub and pool area, pleasant staff and the breakfast was perfectly adequate.

Room was extremely dirty. Bedding was stained, walls were filthy, carpet was visually un-vacuumed, bathroom.floor was sticky with urine around base of toilet, behind the bedside table was visually dirt-ridden. Absolutely gross. Ramada should be ashamed and have this place condemned.

The room and motel in general was not clean. When we entered our room, it had not been cleaned. The bed had been slept in and there were dirty towels on the chair. We went back to the check in and she gave us another room. The heater in this room did not work. We would definitely not stay there again and would not recommend it. In fact we probably won’t stay at another motel by Wyndham.

Room was poorly cleaned. Broken tiles falling off wall in the bathroom. Bathtub was dirty. Some sort of gross brown liquid would leak from the ceiling fan and covered the toilet and floor in it. Worst hotel room i’ve been to.

We cannot recommend this property at all. I reserved 6 rooms for our staff members for some meetings we were having. One person had to leave the hotel and stay with us because of bed bugs. He and others reported the dated and worn conditions including smell. All but one said never use this hotel again.

The room was disgusting. There was no water in the room. There was stains on the mattress and stains on the carpet. The furniture was all scuffed up. It looked like Salvation Army furniture. Do not recommend to stay here.

This hotel is filthy, visible blood stains on the bedding, visible stains on the curtains mould in the bathroom visible water damage on the ceiling. messy patch work to cover up holes in the walls. Carpet was filthy with stains and it smelt like urine bathroom toilet was dirty. Fridge was dirty towels were dirty with stains. This is not a place that you would stay with a family or children there is people with addiction, squatting around the hotel using drugs right outside the hotel. if you try to check out early, the owner will still charge you for half a day, which is ridiculous. All photos for this hotel are Photoshopped. The rooms do not look even close to what they put on the website. I highly recommend you asked to see the room before booking. Otherwise if you try to check out early, the owner will charge you for half a day stay even if you choose to leave early.

We checked out within a half hour of checking in. The room was so dirty, I’m not sure how anyone stays here. Gum on the floor…some kind of fluid on the side of the bedside table. Carpets were filthy, curtains were filthy. There was gum on the floor. Bathroom door handle was broken. The hand towel had yellow stains on it. I’ve never been to a hotel so dirty before. Hard to believe this hotel actually carries the Ramada by Wyndham branding. Mind blowing really.

Bathroom had graffiti. Wall light scone removed and not replaced. Unsightly holes left. A/C unit had the air filter screening falling out and tons of dirt under it. No mattress pad under sheet on bed. Not a smart TV to stream. No bathroom sink plug. Fear of losing rings. Noisy housecleaning staff at 9:00 am. Garbage truck (not the hotels fault) at 5:00 am. Huge noise from dumping the large bin. Balcony with no chairs to sit on. Outside walkway with bump outs and railings. Railings were not screwed in properly and super dangerous. Not advised at check in about times for continental breakfast. Went down for coffee at 9:00 and all cleared away. Definitely needs some updating and maintenance. Pro: bed was comfy.

Staff was incredibly nice. Lots of things were broken including handles and doors not locking properly. We also had a group of teenagers climb onto our balcony and the roof. Felt very unsafe with a balcony door that wouldnt lock. Also door between rooms would only lock on one side.

The room was clean but the main door did not close properly, half the lights did not work, there was a hole in the bathroom door and the light flickered on and off, the cover for the fan was just hanging and did not work. I was just passing through and needed a place to sleep for the night so it wasn't a huge issue as I was only there for a few hours but would not stay there for any length on time.

The room was bigger than I expected. The curtains did not close so the light from outside came in and it was harder to sleep. I changed in the bathroom due to this. The balcony was a "Shared" balcony that I did not like. The side door was often open for anyone off the street to walk in.

The room was in terrible shape. There were several dents in the walls, a big area that had plaster in it but hasn’t been sanded and painted. Bathroom door had a hole in it. There was no light in the living room area. The bar to hang up your clothes was broken and carpet was dirty. The only redeeming factor was that the bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. We were on the second floor and there was no elevator so hard with heavy luggage since we’re seniors. Very disappointing!

We stayed in room 237. The room was huge and that is why I would stay here again. There was a roof deck (with no chairs) but it was just nice to get outside in the fresh air. The beds were comfortable. The A/c didn’t work very well and the room was quite warm the first night. The door to the room was broken and couldn’t really be opened all the way. But again, the size of the room made up for the short comings.

The pictures online did not reflect the true state of the rooms and hotel. Dirty, rundown, dated. No hot water when we needed to get ready to head out for an event after being on a plane. Staff were not willing to move us to a new room. We had to go to our event not showered and come back not knowing if the hot water would be working. There was hot water but you had to run it for minimum 10 minutes before it would get hot. Had to go and ask for towels as the cleaning staff never replenished the towels we use for the days we were there. Towels given from the front desk were damp. Cleaning service never once cleaned the counters, sinks, or vacuumed our room. They only made the beds if you can call it that and dumped the garbage if it was full. Will NEVER stay there again.

Someone just entered my room at 4:30 am who was double booked to my room. Not a pleasant experience at all. I was trying to call the number given but the AI responder is not even efficient to settle complaints like this. So I just hanged up. I’m sorry but my experience in this booking was not pleasant.

You can definitely twll that the staff are just used to the complaints, our room's AC didnt work, without any fuss, they just upgraded our room almost immediately. The staff they their best but it seems like the hotel's condition is just out of their hands.

Room appeared rundown. Stayed 2 nights. No house keeping had to go to front desk and ask for towels for second night. In room coffee was not replaced as well as cups. Free breakfast, was a joke. We usually stay at Best Western but thought 🤔 we would give Ramada a try . Never again . Very Disappointed

No one showed up for check-in for about 15-20 mins. even after calling on hotel number. The rugs needed to be vacuumed, fridge was very dirty. Lights too didn’t work. There was dust on every table. Mirrors too were left unclean. Only thing that was good was location and AC was working. Basically it’s hardly passable if you’re travelling from long time.

Do not have a good experience we booked a hotel for one night after two hours somebody open our room with another key that means said receptionist did a big mistake and they let enter some other couple in our room that I me and my husband we both were inside will never recommend

Location was perfect for us on our way to Vancouver island the next day. Breakfast bar is always a plus for us. No elevator is a negative especially for seniors with luggage for an extended trip. This needs to be in advertising! Luckily front desk staff was able to change our room to ground floor.

The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable enough. There was some traffic because of the hotel is beside the highway. But it was tolerable. It was nice to have the pool, the hot tub was usable but was out of order. The breakfast was a good feature but basic. You do get muffins, toast, coffee, juice, cereal, milk, hard boiled eggs, fruit and egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. It was great that we were provided with a first floor room as required. The restaurant next door is closed at 3 pm but was nice to have a hot breakfast on our last day. The only bad thing was I woke up to a very wet floor after a rainy morning.

Will avoid staying at this place as it's not as shown in pictures. Room stinks, washroom leaks and whole room has signs of wear and tear. Wifi goes off and when asked they say it will be fixed. Free breakfast thing should be removed as they have nothing literally to have except some milk and yoghurts.
