You advertise for this hotel to have a hot tub and swimming pool however they have not had a hot tub for 2 years. Your add is very misleading and I would not have booked this hotel had I known it did not have a hot tub, Shame on you hotels.com for not providing accurate information

Good location. Nice breakfast. We chose the hotel because it had pool and hot tub. Neither were available when we checked in. The pool was closed all day for maintenance after it was open the day prior. Why was that not done overnight? I have catered at other Coast hotels in the summer and their pools have always been open in the summer

Room and Staff are Excellent, the only issue is the lack of Proper Parking, unless you are driving a Toyota Prius, over half the parking is for small cars, and only 2 Accessible Parking Spots for over 90 rooms....

I stayed at the Coast Hotel in Abbotsford and was disappointed with the service. Check-in was slow, and staff seemed disorganized. The lovely woman who checked us in was great. Room was quite spacious, AC was wonderful. Room was clean and modern looking. One bed had the worst sounding springs ever. Any movement sent a nails-on-chalkboard screech out. Pool was ok, hot tub was out of commission permanently. Breakfast was decent, ok selection but nothing overly special or notable either good or bad.

Breakfast was all processed foods. In the room there was little attention to details - coffee maker missing carafe, bathroom looked just thrown together, items just on the counter and shower / bathroom products were in dirty containers.

The room we checked into was dirty. There was hair in the bed and things like that so we have to be moved to another room. They were not very happy about that but moved us and that room again was dirty so it was a pretty big disappointment.

They need to ensure fridge is emptied out from previous guests food. When I went to put drinks in fridge, it was full of leftovers from previous guest. They smelled horribly so not sure how long they were there.

This hotel is definitely not a 5-star, they do everything for you type hotel. But it is nice, mostly clean, and has a marginal "continental" breakfast (as opposed to others we have had at other hotels): instant oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, etc. Some hard-boiled eggs, but nothing really hot. But it's enough to get going on. Our room was comfortable, but the floor (they've gone with the vinyl) was dirty - my socks were covered with hair and fur (?)when I walked between bed and bathroom. Otherwise, we were happy with the room.

Very convenient access to ‘old spaghetti restaurant’ although the downsize is parking was difficult esp when checking in as this is the peak time for diners. More attention given to cleanliness in bathroom as so many visible hair - otherwise the room was great

Nice clean hotel. Good sized rooms. Quick access to Abbotsford Arena for events. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with good options and a large clean eating area. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Building was quiet, bed was very comfortable, but air conditioning unit had an issue with fan or some mechanism and noise was well above a normally loud air conditioner. Had to turn it off to sleep, but then had to turn on for 15 min increments as it was too warm.

Checkin lady (Christianne) was not friendly. She said nothing was available despite being able to book online. Gave a credit card for the typical incidentals - but she didn’t pre-auth, she charged my card - but didn’t find this out until after I got home… when I called, I spoke to the same woman who was rude on the phone, continually spoke over me, denied taking charges and flat out lied about their processes and the ability to contact anyone. Despite multiple calls and being told eventually that it would be taken care of - I have yet to receive my refund!!! The room she gave us was a pet room (which she lied about also) that came with that awesome funky smell and which was, apart from the bed sheets, DIRTY. Thick dirt on baseboards and on the floor in the corners.. the bathtub had dirt rings on the drain end… If we hadn’t been travelling so far and had such a frustrating checkin I would have requested a different room. I would not stay here again. Disappointing - The Coast is usually a go to stay for us in any town.. but this was not a nice experience by any means. :(

I waited for several minutes for someone to come to the desk and eventually another staff member got the attention of the desk clerk who was in the office. The clerk made me feel like my arrival was an inconvenience. I had looked for a bell but it had been put behind the desk so I couldn’t use it. Despite our room being booked for 4 people, there were only 3 sets of towels left in our room. It was clean, which is the biggest thing, but it’s definitely not a hotel that I would flag as a favorite on future trips.

Great hotel. Excellent location close to the highway. Impressive dining options very close to the hotel. Very professional staff. Close to the Abbotsford Canucks home arena. Close to Restaurant 62 which is an incredible restaurant. I look forward to my next stay.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The coffee maker was great and it was definitely a little perk to have Starbucks coffee to brew. Breakfast was lacking in variety due to only having baked goodies and cold cereal. If you could toast it, that was the extent of a “hot breakfast”.
