This rental was in the perfect location for the beach for access to restaurants and everything else worth visiting on Long Beach Island. Communication with the host was fantastic.

Property was perfect for two and was just what we needed to attend a wedding in the area! It’s walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants which we enjoyed. Two small points of feedback:1. Wifi on fridge is not the wifi (didn’t work for us) and we found the one on the side of the router to use. This was a bit confusing and we didn’t get the TV to work until the second day.2. There are four units at this address and I had to look several times in the app to know it was unit 3! I would add this to the vrbo listing up front so it is a bit more clear.

Stayed 4 nights

Upon arriving, we found the 2nd bed was broken. The house can only sleep 3, unless the fully operational day bed is a full queen size bed. But since it was broken, the house could only sleep 2.The t.v. didn’t work initially because the remote needed batteries. The WiFi network didn’t work either because the network listed on a piece of paper on the refrigerator was wrong. The owner did fix the t.v. by replacing the batteries on the remote, and gave us a new WiFi network that worked. The maid did this because the owner lives too far away. There were no instructions anywhere for the baseboard heating, so the first night we were extremely cold.I would suggest a notebook with all the details for the house in it, along with restaurants that are open during the off season. Wally’s is not dog friendly, and refused to serve us at the outside tables, along with another couple with a dog. The Local Market was easy to get to, and they had prepared food you could just heat and eat. We did use the grill one night. It was hard to get to the Acme because they were paving the roads on Long Beach Blvd. On Wed. April 29, 2026.Other than that, we had a good time walking the beach. The house was convenient to the What’s Brewincoffee shop for an afternoon latte. With a thorough review of the house before we came, we could have avoided the 2nd bed situation. The 2nd broken bed situation was unable to be resolved while we were there. The 2nd bed was a day bed for ONE.

Tristian is very nice! Super communicative and the place is so cute. Very close to multiple restaurants and a short ride to the beach with a quick walk to the bay. Would definitely stay here again! House is well stocked and pet friendly. Our Ellie loved it as well!
