The room and lobby was nice, the continental breakfast was great, the parking was not enough to accommodate I had to park behind the building next to the Best Western and walk in the rain the 1 elevator took awhile.

Pool was closed for repairs, and I was not notified. When I arrived the older worker at check in was very rude because my kids were complaining that the pool was closed and he kept saying, "I can just cancel what do you want to do." I had just traveled with two children, and it was 7pm I was not going to cancel but geez show a little more compassion. I explained that I had my entire soccer team staying here the weekend for a tournament that I coach. Again, "what do you want to do" I won\'t be staying here again.

We liked the breakfast, location near food options and freeway access, clean pool and hot tub, soft towels, plenty of parking, housekeeping every day, great water pressure, comfortable queen beds, cold water offered around the clock in the lobby. We disliked the smoke scent in our room, uneven floor in the room, only having one washer/dryer in the hotel, hot (no ac) gym, heard the upstairs residents-not soundproof, ants inside our bathroom and didn’t like the sink outside the bathroom.

The location, service and having a separate area with a sofa and TV was good. However there were several problems. Parking: on Saturday night there was no parking left. After over an hour of trying to park the receptionist removed a cone in a loading area and let us park (it was 1 am) saying they may have to move the car at 6:30 am. Sleeper sofa: had a very thin wirey mattress and even our small 14-year old slept on the closed sofa instead - good she had a sleeping bag. Bedroom: The bedroom had a very small window because the bathroom is located along the outside wall - so it was pretty dark and not pleasant to be in during the day. The sink is in the bedroom, with nothing covering the area under the sink, so when in bed, you can see all of the plumbing and patched wall behind it. AC/heating was very loud each time it turned on so we kept it off during the night even though it got pretty cold. Breakfast: it was good on Sunday with eggs, sausage, turkey bacon and waffles. On Monday breakfast ended at 9 even though it was a holiday. There was aa 15-minute line to get eggs as only one person was cooking and serving. They locked the door at 9, and my daughter could not get back in after using the bathroom. They removed coffee and tea and stopped the drink fountain at 9, so no more drinks or hot water for oatmeal.

Nice hotel, large rooms so that was great for our larger family. The pool and hot tub looked nice but we didn't get a chance to use the amenity. The room was dark, lights were placed in strange places, the bathroom had no ventilation which made the room muggy at times, one of the two TVs didn't work but it wasn't a huge deal. The biggest downfall was the parking, we arrived back to the room late due to attending an event and there was no parking for our small SUV. Parking spaces are extremely small and the small cars parked in two spaces or in the "truck" parking so not everyone could park, other patrons had to park in the parking lot for the hotel next door as well. The front desk was nice enough to let me park in front of the entrance. The breakfast was hardy and good for a starter before leaving the hotel. We will return in the future.

If we are paying over $200, the room should be spotless. Carpet was ripped, bathtub was dirty. Some pillow sheets had stains. Customer service was good but that’s about it.

I have stayed here for many Christmases. This year, the room, specifically the carpet, was the cleanest it has ever been. On Christmas day, someone mopped the exterior walkways. This place was soooo clean. Everything is freshly painted. The breakfast had real food, like eggs and sausage, not just doughnuts. The only little thing is the bed was too soft for me. It was an excellent stay.

Their was ants all over our room, the carpet turned our feet black it was so dirty and left our feet stinky, nothing was obviously wiped down or cleaned because their was previous guests food spills all over everything. The fridge was disgusting there was something spilt in the door making it hard to open. Also our door didn’t lock well because the door was broken. Not comforting with kids. Do not recommend staying here

At first impression of the property was very favorable. When I first walked into my room I was very pleased, it was not what I expected at all. I was expecting just a room with 2 beds. The room was very nice, a place to kick off my shoes and relax. Which I did. Then when I was getting ready to shower is when I noticed how dirty the bottom of my socks were. DISGUSTING !!!!!!!!!

On the last night of my stay, when I turned on the bathroom light, a huge cockroach appeared in front of me, and then it entered the bedroom through the open door. I could only pick up a floor mat and throw it over, but I didn't dare to open it to see if it was dead. I couldn't sleep all night, and I always felt like something was crawling on the bed. It was such a bad experience. It makes me sick just thinking about it.

When we showed up there was Hair in the shower and in the tub. The sink in the room was full of some nasty pink and brown sludge and wouldn't drain, it also smelled terrible. The AC never worked at all it stayed warm the entire time we were there.there where also food spots on the furniture, not stains, just food that had been caked into the sofa and chairs. Two of the lamps didn't work as well. We ended up finding the breakfast after the second day, but there was no direction and no one at the front desk the first day so we just ate out insead. The room was dingy, dusty and hot. We were excited about the tub because me and my wife dont have one at home, it was so nasty we couldn't use it, we tried to run the jets but all kinds of grossness came out of them we didn't feel comfortable using it.

The room was dirty. The pull sofa bed was old and the carpet was not vacuumed. We found an iPad under the sofa bed which indicated that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. No sheets or blankets in the room for the sofa bed and when the housekeeper brought the blankets there was hair on the blankets. Very nast and unacceptable condition. The hotel needs to renovated.

I liked that our room was big enough to sleep my family of 6. The hotel is badly in need of a remodel however. The matresses were so lumpy and the carpet was pretty questionable. But the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

This Best Western was a great location, plenty of parking, friendly and helpful staff, and loved that there was an option to divide the front room area from the bedroom area with the pocket door. Having the balcony was nice too. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed and room were nice. However, the king room with a hide a bed pull out from the sofa was extremely uncomfortable, even for my 10 year old son. We closed it and he slept on the sofa rather than the bed. The sofa bed mattress was miserable. Not fit for a pet. Extremely disappointing. Next time we will do two queens as this option was not good.

Place was fine but not great. Had to have door key reprogrammed multiple times. Sucks to go to your room on the 4th floor and key doesn’t work. Again. Sliding door between bedroom and living area of suite jammed closed, had to wedge it open. Balcony overlooked business park, was tiny. Sink is in bedroom not bathroom

Terrible property. Stay away! All rooms circle the pool, and have no sound proofing. Wow it’s loud! The guy on the desk wouldn’t let me check out. He spoke to me and an Expedia representative in a way I wouldn’t even speak to an animal. How he is employed I have no idea! Manager did try to apologies and did allow me to check out the next day but this should never be allowed to happen in the first place. Family members recommended this place after staying in it once before, but after they heard the way he spoke to me they said they would also never return. There is a much better hotel at same price just down the road. Homewood Suites. Would highly recommend there, especially as it’s the same price!

I had booked 2 days and the first day we got there about 1130ish at night theres 2 adults 3 kids, so we get there the lady needs a deposit never tells me how much it is and has me initial some paperwork and write my vehicle info down no biggie thought we were on a great path of a 2 day vacay the next morning my husband, kids and i go down for breakfast well we arint on the list of rooms easy mistake i taken it the lady goes ahead and gets our info again no biggie. We eat and we go back to the room we get a call on the hotel phone and it was front desk vertifying that we are there she didnt know type of thing again no biggie things happen. We were there for knotts scary farm so when we were about to leave my husband goes to the front desk to make sure we are okay and it turns out we weren't i had paid 277 and some change well they added another 100 and change plus 150 deposit due to there mistake of putting us in that room it was for dogs but we didnt have a dog we chose room due to 3 kids 2 in the bed and one on the couch bed. I didnt pay the extra 100 and something due to hotels.com already had me pay my 277 and change i dont know why the hotel thought it would be great to sneak a payment and then go back and forth with us to change rooms or not i told them i have no issues moving to another room they apologized and left us there yet snuck on a charge with out discussing it with us very unprofessional especially before we left to knotts they said we were good to go.

Would have been a 4 but at 7:30 we had a house cleaner knock then walk in within seconds, then another 2 times before we checked out, could have been undressed. Check out is 11 unless told that we checked out there should have been no reason to enter our room, could have been in shower or eating. And floor wasnt 100% clean found food from previous guests on floor

Our stay here was fine after check-in. The hotel was nice and no problems for what we needed; breakfast was also nice and the staff there was friendly. My only issue was that the individual that handled checkout treated me very rudely. I waited in the lobby for ten minutes with nobody at the desk. I finally started calling around and looking to see if someone was near. When he finally came he did not rush or apologize, but told me shortly to just wait as he filled up his coffee cup in the lobby added creamer and took his time to stir. After that he went and got some water all the while still leaving me awkwardly at the counter waiting. When he finally came he was short and rude as if I had inconvenienced him. This was the only problem, but very rude service when we were tired from our trip nonetheless.

Highly recommended! The location was perfect. Close to I-5 yet on a quiet street. Shopping and restaurants close by. The suite was very nice... neat, clean, very spacious. The pool area was nice. On the 2nd floor there was a really nice large outdoor patio above the pool with plenty of comfy furniture and tables and chairs. Good variety for free breakfast. All of the staff was so kind and helpful. Good free parking. There wasn't anything lacking. One of the best places we've stayed. Thank you everyone!

Disney trip with the grandkids and first time staying here. The hotel was clean, our room was clean, and bed was comfy. Breakfast was great. Plenty of options! The boys really enjoyed the scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, country potatoes, and biscuits and gravy. The girls loved the fruit, yogurt, pastries and waffles. Would definitely stay again.
