1. Multiple outlets were not working in the room. 2. There was only one working elevator. The second elevator was out of order. On Saturday, the working elevator would not open to the ground floor. Passengers would need to exit on the 2nd floor, walk down the stairs, in order to get to the ground level. On Saturday and Sunday, there were lines to get an elevator ride. It was a busy weekend and only one working elevator! There were no signs or notifications from the hotel staff to inform the hotel guests of the elevator dilemma.

Pros: Check in with front desk was fast and friendly. Room was very clean, hot water no problem, channel info wasn't working so you had to go to the guide to see what exactly was on each channel, bed was comfortable, Coffee in lobby was good. Cons: Daily parking fee!! Yikes!! No access to bottled water in room or drinking water in hallway was disappointing. Hotel doors slamming all night, wifi was terrible (couldn't even text a picture), carpet in hallway and near elevator was dirty in the AM, breakfast was pretty limited and blah.

Room was not ready at 3 pm for check-in. Staff was unable to reach housekeeping to confirm room status until 4 pm. While room was clean and quiet, the WiFi didn’t work or had very poor signal, and the sink clogged easily. One of the two elevators was broken so since there was only 1 functional elevator, it took a lot longer each time to go up/down.

Stay was excellent. Fitness center was clean. Towel and water a plus. Breakfast was great every morning however, I dont understand why Hampton guests don't have access to the dining atea for Homewood suites. Everything else is shared and the food offerings are the same.

First off the bed closet to window was broke so every time you moved made noise, elevator was broken so only one for entire hotel which was bad sometimes waiting 20-30 minutes because it was to full or stoping at every floor. Also laundry was broke, for a kids baseball tournament, not good, very disappointed.

An alarm went off in our room and it took about an hour for them to send someone up to fix the alarm. They wouldn’t answer the front desk phone had to go downstairs to speak to someone and 30-45 mins later I called again was put on hold for about 10 mins all this before someone showed up to fix it. When we arrived we go stuck in the elevator with another guest and it took them a while to pick up the help line. We got the room with hotels.com for $219 and were charged $270 when we arrived. We didn’t have time to go elsewhere so we paid the extra charge still have not received a receipt for our stay from them. Never had a problem with a Hilton branch before so this was a bit annoying.

Great front desk staff! From checking-in to checking out the staff were very kind, accommodating and helpful. Next to the front desk, theres a mini-store where you can get your basic needs and snacks in case you forgot to pack some which i think is very convenient. Our room is new, up to date, and very clean. Ecofriendly/power saving place as well… you have to insert your room key card before activating the electricity which i think is very energy efficient. Continental breakfast is included and i think the food were pretty good for the price. The pool and whirlpool is isolated and private even though its located at the front of the hotel. They did a great job covering and giving privacy for guests. My only wish/suggestion is they add more plants around the pool area to just give it a bit of a resort vibe. Overall, we had a nice and relaxing time staying at this place and will definitely recommend others to stay here!

Staff were friendly and professional, requests for additional items were brought to our room instantly. Rooms and property were very clean and modern. Breakfast (free) was very good, with different egg and meat options each day. The restaurant menu had a great variety and the food was 5 star worthy at a decent price. The only negatives were the coffee maker in the room (flimsy one-cup coffee pouch machine, weak coffee), and the location of the lotion bottle attached to the bathroom wall; it blocked the light switch. The light switch appeared to be an automatic one with motion, but thank goodness we had to press it to turn it on, otherwise the light would have woken up family if someone needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night.

My husband and I stayed here 1 night because we were attending a concert nearby. This Hampton Inn property was very clean & modern-looking, the staff was extremely friendly and the room was very clean. The only complaints that I have were that the beds weren't very comfortable; for the price that we paid, we expected to have a better night of sleep, but my husband & I both thought that the bed was uncomfortable. Also we were disappointed in the breakfast, it seemed to have a lot of choices of pre-packaged food & fruit, but when we looked around, we saw there were no regular scrambled eggs and no bacon or sausage. There was only omelets with a bunch of stuff already cooked into the egg, and the sausage that they did have was turkey sausage. There was a whole other breakfast area next to the main one that was serving regular bacon (which we would have liked) but our room key wouldn't open that area. We saw a handful of people in there, but we were disappointed that we weren't allowed in, it didn’t seem fair. Overall, the stay was good. I would have given a score of 10 out of 10 if the beds and the breakfast were better, especially for the price that we paid.

Great stay. It was very disappointed that breakfast hours are different surfing the weekends. We stay here during club volleyball hours when our atheletes have to be up at out of the hotel by 7 on weekends which means breakfast starting at 7 doesn’t work for the athletes. Unfortunately for the rest of the travel volleyball season we will not be staying here and will be staying somewhere that offers breakfast starting at 6 am.

Nice place. I stayed overnight, very comfortable, near the airport. There’s no business center. I needed to use a computer and had to go to the town library to do it. Weird water faucet in the bathroom…at the SIDE of the sink. Everything worked and was easy to use. Many hotels now make mystery light switches and mystery showers.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel, conveniently located, very nice fitness room. The air conditioning is super quiet which helped us sleep better. The only suggestion I would make is to offer maybe a non dairy milk at breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.
